The master bedroom has a king-size bed, en-suite & balcony, the second bedroom has twin beds & balcony, the third bedroom has larger than average bunks, all bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
Both bathrooms have baths/showers. The fully equipped kitchen leads onto a separate laundry room fitted with a washing machine and dryer.
The air con/heating makes the apartment great for all seasons.

The garden area is flat with paths and a lift from the apartment which makes it ideal for young and old alike. The complex boasts a large lagoon style pool with separate toddler pool. We provide sunbeds, exclusively for our guests and they are to be found in the pool area, clearly marked with the apartment number.
Also to be found is an impressive, covered BBQ area with dining tables, showers and toilets. All guests are welcome to use the facilities, however you will need to reserve your preferred time and clear away after yourselves.
Although the apartment is non smoking, we do allow people to smoke on the terrace.
We can arrange high chairs and cot beds (payable locally). On arrival, we require a £200 deposit to cover any breakages which is fully refundable on your departure and there is a small charge (25€) for arrivals between 8pm-8am due to local operating costs.
If required we can arrange for a welcome pack to be waiting at the apartment for you, very handy for late arrivals/night flights, to include - water, milk, tea, bread, juice etc. Payable locally, please enquire.

The island has beautiful golden-sand beaches, mountain range so it will be perfect for sun worshippers as well as those who are looking for more active holiday. Water sports are very popular with tourists and the weather is great all year round.
Santa Ponsa is a real family resort with plenty to do in all seasons. It has a white sandy beach with safe shallow water, rocks for fishing, water sports, sunbeds & straw sunshades, beach bars & cafes. Flor Del Golf is situated in the quiet part of town 5 mins walk to the beach, bars, restaurants, shops & supermarkets, the livlier, all night bars & entertainment are on the other side of town, 10 mins walk away.
Water parks, go-karting & spectacular caberet shows plus numerous popular tourist attractions are all just a short car/bus walk away. The apartment, set in peaceful gardens with a separate toddler pool, is a perfect base for a wonderful holiday.
Palma is easily accessible by car or bus as are the numerous local markets, held daily. For those who like walking or cycling, the district has a host of protected wildlife & birds, which can be seen whilst walking in the hills above Santa Ponsa on the way to the charming town of Calvia.
