The Santa Ponsa night life and beaches are within easy reach as are all the major water parks and attractions. The local Port offers a romantic locations for evening dining and has 6 fabulous restaurants to choose from.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

Majorca is one of the most popular and enjoyable holiday getaways in Europe. With sun for most of the year its the ideal location for golfers, walkers, and the bucket and spade brigade. It offers a wonderful array of shops and restaurants and great nightlife.


Santa Ponsa / Puerto Adriano area

The beaches of Santa Ponsa and Port Adriano are only 2 and 5 minutes by car. Santa Ponsa has a long sweeping beach with many cafes and shops lining the front. A 10 minute drive by car offers you access to the golden beaches of the south coast of mallorca of which there are many to choose from.

Golf
Mallorca is ideal for golfers with courses and facilities to offer those wanting to continue this sport all year round. There are 15 golf courses on the island, from 9 to 18 hole courses, on varying landscapes - hilly land with inclined fairways, high tees, long and fast greens, but all carefully designed to test the players' skills, even those of the most experienced of players. Five courses are close to Palma - Son Vida, Son Muntana, Real Bendinat, Son Antem and Son Termons. The complex is just 5 minutes drive from 4 golf courses:- Santa Ponsa I, II, III and Poniente and Royal Bendinat Golf is a short drive away.

Special interest holidays
With Port Adriano being within walking distance, it's a great place for the water lover. The Santa Ponsa Country Club is only minutes away and offers Tennis, Pitch and Putt, Indoor and outdoor swimming pools, Snooker table, Card and gaming facilities, Gym, Spa, Restaurant and Creche services. In the local area is also Ten Pin Bowling, Canoeing, Hang-Gliding, Roller Balding, Go Karts and Mini Motorbikes plus mini golf and windsurfing. There are many boating and water sports available in the nearby areas. Santa Ponsa marina is also only 5 minutes by car. Horse riding and walks are all nearby.

Travel
Palma airport is just 20 minutes away (30 Euros in a taxi) and an easy drive. The city of Palma with its historic cathedral is only 15 minutes by car and is well worth a vist for all its shops, restaurants and night life.The shopping centre (Porto Pi) on the Paseo Maritimo has a selection of the more exclusive shops.

A small relaxing garden with decking, planted areas and grassed areas. The perfect setting for a BBQ at the end of your relaxing day. The garden is not directly overlooked by any other properties ecept our immediate neighbours. We have put down decking to make sun bathing easier.

There are 2 shared swimming pools both close enough to the house to be very handy but far enough away so as not to be too noisy. One of the pools is very large and has many sun loungers around it. These are provided by the estate so its first come first served. The second pool is a smaller pool and is perfect for the kids.


Conditions

We ask for a 25% deposit to secure the property payable in the Uk. The outstanding balance is then to be settled in Mallorca when you collect the keys. We also ask for a breakages deposit of £250 which will be returned within 14 days from your departure date. This deposit is payable in Mallorca also. No pets allowed. Smokers may smoke in the garden only but please use ashtrays and do not throw them into the gardens planted areas.
