We ask for a 25% deposit to secure the property. The outstanding balance is then to be settled in Mallorca when you collect the keys. We also ask for a breakages deposit of 250 € which will be returned within 14 days from your departure date. This deposit is payable in Mallorca also. No pets allowed. Smokers may smoke in the garden only but please use ashtrays.
