The apartment is 100 metres from the beach and close to many restaurants and bars. This bright and spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom with Sea views.

The apartment consists of a rear double bedroom with en suite and small balcony looking over the pool, the twin bedroom is spacious and next to the separate shower room, the lounge and kitchen area is open and spacious with seating for 5 people. This is an end of block apartment with lots of windows giving plenty of light throughout. The Balcony with the sea view is ideal for sitting having a drink whilst watchin the sun disappear over the roof tops.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

Santa Ponsa is situated 20 minutes from Palma in the South East part of the island, renown for its sunny and hot climate, protected by the mountains on the west of the island. This means that often it will be sunny in Santa Ponsa and cloudy in the North and East of Majorca.

Although relatively a new town, has important links to Mallorcan history. It was here that King Jaume I disembarked on 10 September 1229 founding Majorca and on top of the hill overlooking Santa Ponsa Bronze age remains can be seen today

Santa Ponsa has may bars and resturaunts catering for all. The Spanish square has nightly entertainment for the kids and then each night there are tribute bands to sing and dance along to.

Santa Ponsa is a mix of a beautiful location, excellent micro-climate with a large, fine sandy beach with life guards in season and a plentiful supply of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes.There are many fine restaurants and bars within Santa Ponsa, a number of which stay open all year long. Along with these are numerous bars and snack type cafes.

The resident parakeets make the scenic coastal walk a most enjoyable trip at any time of day and outside the town most of the island's tourist areas are within a 1 hour drive.
