This terrific frontline apartment in El Toro overlooks the beach and Port Adriano marina. The apartment is also close to the golf courses of Santa Ponsa. Full width French windows allows access to the generous patio from both the lounge and master bedroom. The patio has a table and 6 chairs for outside dining and 2 sun loungers. The lounge includes a large corner sofa (additional double sofa bed) and a large flat screen TV with UK SKY channels. Each of the 2 bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes and two single beds that can be joined together to form a super king sized double. The bedrooms are separated by a family sized bathroom with a bath/shower. The beautiful sandy beach is a 2 minute walk from the apartment; another 2 minutes and you are at the fabulous £10 million new Port Adriano super yacht marina with its variety of bars/restaurants. 5 minute walk brings you to El Toro with many shops, bars, restaurants which largely retain a Spanish flavour. The beach bar in beside our building has a pool that can be used for a small fee.The patio offers sun from morning until night and terrific front line views to both the sea and Port Adriano with its superyachts and restaurants.
The apartment is ground floor and therefore suitable for children. The patio allows adults to sit peacefully watching the sun set while children are safely tucked up in bed or watching Sky TV/DVD. It is directly accessed from both the lounge and main bedroom via full width patio doors and offers great views to the sea and the marina of Port Adriano. As it is South facing it also has full sun from morning until night. Sun canopies are also available that can almost be extended across the full patio offering shade from the sun and offers comfortable al fresco dining.
The village of El Toro and the marina in Port Adriano (designed by Phillipe Starke) offer everything for a relaxing holiday but Santa Ponsa and Magaluf are within a 5 minute taxi ride. Portals Nous is also 10 minutes away and there are regular buses and taxis directly outside the main entrance.

"Gorgeous Apartment offering Stunning Views"
We are in our mid 20s and were planning a trip to Mallorca for 10 days and first visited some travel agents who were recommending hotel complexes in Santa Ponsa that were over priced and in poor locations. So we decided to scrap that idea and do some research online to book a private apartment instead. It was during this research we came across this lovely apartment in El Toro. We were won over by the description and the pictures and felt this apartment was right up our street. Its in a quiet location offering beautiful views. Santa Ponsa is about 5mins in a taxi and a little longer by bus.
El Toro turned out to be a quiet Spanish village with a beautiful harbour with plenty of restaurants (some very expensive) and bars. The harbour was host to many yachts and boats of various sizes and value and looked stunning during the night and day. There is also a small beach with toilets and a lifeguards hut, where plenty of locals go daily. El Toro isn't featured much on TripAdvisor, but I have personally requested some restaurants be added onto the site because they deserved to be mentioned. The Taxi Driver from the Airport wasn't very familiar with the town, so we learned from more local drivers to ask for Apartments El Toro located by the 5 star hotel. The apartments are facing onto the port, and the hotel is situated right beside it.
On arrival into the apartment we found that is was actually much nicer than the pictures. A very spacious large apartment well fitted out, modern, clean and included free WiFi from the complex. A nicely sized kitchen with all mod cons including a large fridge, cooker, kettle and so on. The sitting room was nice and spacious offering stunning sea views from the coach. A plasma TV with plenty of channels kept us entertained in the evenings and there was also an iPod docking station. There were two very spacious bedrooms, each with two beds and ample wardrobe space. The bathroom, which had a bath, was also nice and spacious with plenty of space for toiletries, sun creams, towels and so on. The 'master bedroom' had a patio door that lead onto their balcony, and by god, this was one of the nicest balconies you will find!
The balcony was very spacious and large, with table and chairs and two sun loungers. It was a complete suntrap from about midday until early evening, so we didn't use the pool bar that was situated below the apartments much. It offered stunning - and I don't exaggerate - views of the small little beach, the new habour area 'Port Adriano' and the pool bar. Its worth pointing out that the bar can be busy, but you don't hear anything from the apartment at all and the whole complex is very quiet. It appears to be a mix of Spanish, English and Germans living in the apartments. Mostly mature couples.
The apartment doesn't have an official pool bar, but the El Porto Bar and Restaurant located below the apartments offered a nice pool, sun loungers, shower facilities, and there was also a small little cove you could access. If you use the bar facilities, the pool etc. was free. We found the staff here very friendly and accommodating, the food was nice with large portions and the prices were cheap. There is live music and a BBQ each Friday.
