Air conditioning recenty installed. Parking. A cot can be provided on request. Ideal for families or couples alike - the apartment is near the quiet end of Santa Ponsa but is still central to all amenities - bars, restaurants, taxis, bus stops, supermarkets and is situated opposite 'The Square' that offers free, live, family entertainment, (including a children's disco) every night and finishes at 11.30pm. It is also within walking distance from the centre of town, where you will find lots of bars,discos and great restaurants that Santa Ponsa has to offer. There's something for everyone!

Mallorca is the largest of the Balearic Islands and one of the most beautiful in Europe. We enjoy a typical Mediterranean climate. Palma is the capital of the island where the stunning, famous cathedral can be found. There are many excursions on offer around the island and many places to visit including local markets, caves, casinos, spectacular shows (eg. the world famous Pirates show and Son Amar), and a variety of fantastic restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and budgets. It's an all year round holiday destination.
The Santa Ponsa / Calvia area
Santa Ponsa is situated on the south west coast of Mallorca and is in the heart of many of the attractions the island has to offer. It's approx a 20 minute drive from Palma airport (40 euros), and is a 10 minute drive to various water parks and theme parks. It is also surrounded by beautiful walking and cycling paths, either along the coast, or in the mountains.

Most budget airlines fly to Palma - Easyjet, Jet2, Monarch, Aer Lingus, Ryan Air, Air Berlin, etc. Once you have landed, Santa Ponsa is approx a 20 minute drive from the airport (about 40euros). There's plenty of car hire companies offering good deals inside the airport... or plenty of taxis, outside the airport!

Enjoyed our stay at this apartment - plenty space and particularly enjoyed the large terrace especially with the sun in the afternoon. There are plenty bars, cafes, banks and shops so you don't need a car but we did have a car to enjoy the whole island. For those without any mobility issues you can walk to the beach it would not take too long. For anyone with a mobility disability there are plenty bars, cafes and restaurants nearby but for further afield hire a car. Everything required was at the apartment - hairdryer, iron etc above the normal stuff (saves on your weight especially for RYANAIR). A good break, lovely weather, spacious apartment. Enjoyed it. |
