Our attractively furnished, first floor apartment is spacious and very well equipped. Set within a secure and gated community minutes from the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. The apartment has everything one would need for both a holiday , or if a golf player is situated near many golf courses.
The apartment is set within mature and well kepts grounds with a large communal pool and seperate childrens pool. There is also a covered communal barbecue area. The apartment itself has a large covered terrace with table and chairs, private sun loungers are provided. Dual air con/heating makes this apartment ideal for all year round holidays.

The master bedroom has a double bed and leads directly onto the large terrace overlooking the pool. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and both have fitted wardrobes, ample drawer space and dressing tables. Hairdryers are provided in each bedroom.
There is also a childs bed guard and travel cot available at no extra cost although you would need to provide your own linen for the cot.
The main bathroom has a bath, large double walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
The shower-room has large walk-in power shower, toilet and sink.
The fully equipped kitchen leads onto a utility room with laundry and ironing facilities

The garden areas are stunning and boast a large lagoon style swimming pool and seperate childrens pool. the apartment is situated on the first floor however lift access is available making it ideal for both young and old. We provide sunbeds exclusively for our guests which are clearly marked with our apartment number.
Also availble is an impressive large covered BBQ area with dining tables, showers and toilets. Use of the BBQ is complimentary however you are expected to clear away after yourselves.
Our apartment is non-smoking however you are welcome to smoke on the terrace, but please use ashtrays provided. We are also able to arrange high chairs and travel cots (payable locally.) A £200 deposit is required to cover any breakages or damage which is fully refundable upon safe return of the keys.
Typical check in time is from 1400 on day of arrival, and check out time is 1000 (however we can be flexible with these times depending on when previous or next guests arrive or depart)

Majorca is a much loved holiday destination offering a wide range of holiday options with flights from all UK airports.
The island sports beautiful golden sand beaches perfect for sun lovers. Water sports are also very popular.
The Santa Ponsa area
Santa Ponsa is a real family resort with plenty to do in all seasons. It has a stunning sandy beach with safe shallow waters. The apartment is situated in the quiet part of the resort with a 5 min walk to the beach, bars, shops and supermarkets.
Water parks, go-karting are close by and during the peak season months nighly cabaret entertainment is provided in "spanish square" a lively fun evening suitable for all ages.
Palma is easily accessible by car or bus as are the local markets

Most charter airlines operate from all London and regional airports to Palma airport.
Many car hire companies have rental desks within the airport, however the resort is only 20 mins from Palma Airport and taxi's are readily available. Due to the central location of the apartment car hire is not necessary but ample parking is available outside the complex gates.
