The Mallorca/Majorca region

Calvia This beautiful finca is located only a stone's throw away from the beautiful town of Calvia. It is the ideal location to enjoy activities such as walking, cycling, birdwatching or simply lazing back and enjoying the Mediterranean sunshine by the pool. If its the night life you have come for, Andratx, Puerto Portals, and Palma are all within 15mins drive.
Coast/Beach 10 minutes drive to the beach of Santa Ponsa. 15 min drive to the town and Port of Andratx.

The owners finca is nearby and they are always available for assistance and guidance.
How to get there
Fly to Palma. Palma International airport is approximately 25 minutes by car. Car hire is not necessary but is recommended so as to enjoy all the delights the island has to offer. Buses run regular services in the area and there are several taxi companies operating locally.
Ses Dues Finques (The two old Mallorcan) houses are just outside Calvia and 20 minutes from the airport. Take the motorway to Andraxt and turn off at the sign for Calvia and Palma Nova. Travel towards Calvia for 6 Kms. and take the right turn to Puigpunent. The gates to the houses are 200 metres on the left.

The property is set within an old Mallorcan Orange Grove, upon 30 000 square meters of land, which is filled with mature almond, olive, algarobba, mandarin, pomegranate, and sweet scented fig trees - you are most welcome to pick your own!
