Home description

A delightful front line apartment in a superb complex with two lovely swimming pools (plus a 3rd children's pool) and lush sub tropical gardens. The apartment was newly furnished to a very high standard for the 2007 season and comprises a master en-suite bedroom (with king size bed), fitted wardrobes with safe, flat screen LCD TV, sea views and doors onto the terrace. There is a further double bedded room and one twin bedded room plus the main bathroom. The lounge enjoys beautiful sea views and is funished to a very high standard with leather suite, large LCD TV, satellite TV (with Sky) DVD and music system. There is a dining table and chairs for 6. Large patio doors lead onto the terrace with sea views.

The main family resort of Santa Ponsa is just a 5 minute drive away. Here you will find everything that you need to enjoy your holiday - from a beautiful sandy beach to plenty of shops, bars and restaurants.

One of the delightful features of the apartment complex are the stunning and lush gardens with an array of beautiful Mediternean trees, shrubs and ornaments which create a wonderful shady, tropical oasis. There are 2 large swmming pools and one children's pool. There is also direct sea access from the apartment complex where you can dive into the amazing crystal clear sea.
The apartment is in a gated secure site needing remote controls which will be supplied with your keys.


Conditions

Key/Damage refundable deposit. We charge a £200 fully refundable deposit to cover the possible loss of one of the 2 keys and remote controls we shall provide for your access. When the keys/remote controls are returned to us and our cleaning staff confirm no damage of concern the deposit is immediately refunded.
