Further details indoors: This apartment is extremely spacious with large bedrooms and three bathrooms. A large living area, fully equipped kitchen and extended terrace area with plenty of seating.
Further details outdoors: Private garden with excellent views and developed hedges on both sides giving privacy and easy access to the many swimming pools, several of which can be viewed from ground level. The garden enjoys sunlight for the majority of daylight hours and is well equipped with sun-loungers with cushions and sun chairs also with cushions. There is ample terrace area with a large table and chairs for 6 people (more chairs inside which may be used). There is a large 3-burner gas barbecue.

A non refundable deposit of 25% is required at the point of booking. This will be deducted from your final balance which is due 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your stay. For rentals of 10 days or more, clean linen and towels will be provided after the first week. Cleaning services are available at you request. The property is managed locally so any problems will be sorted quickly and efficiently - contactable 24 hrs a day. Access to the apartment is normally 3pm on the day of arrival and departure is required by 10am on the day of departure. We will be as flexible as possible with these times depending on other bookings. Please ring to ask questions if you require any other information or if anything is unclear.
