Kings Park Is Set In a much sought-after location over looking Santa Ponsa with Fantastic views towards the sea, A few mins walk from the beach, shops restaurants and bars. This duplex villa has everything you need for a perfect holiday abroad , Kitchen with Fridge/freezer . electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, iron, English TV. Lovely styled lounge with comfortable seating, Two south facing terraces with sun loungers, This is a very popular villa so an early booking is recommended, Close to golf course.

The main bedroom has I double bed, it also has its own terrace. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, there is also a pull out bed for a 5th guest. The main bathroom is on the same floor as the bedrooms and there is another toilet my the lounge area.

The pool is 30 seconds from the front door, Kings park has two pools, child friendly, there are plenty of free sun loungers to use to, there is also off street parking to for those people with cars, car hire is not essential in Santa Ponsa as it has everything you need here.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

I love Majorca, 2 hours from England. I can fly over on a Friday morning, and be on the beach by my villa at 1pm, I used to live in Tenerife but here is so much nicer and cleaner, Palma is great too, only about 15 mins by car, great shops. The summers seem to be getting longer here with the sun lasting all the way till November, I was there on the 15th Nov and it was 23c+. what's more you can come and see yourself.

The Santa Ponsa area

Santa Ponsa has some great bars with live music in nearly all of them, and there is karaoke to if your into it like myself, the main beach is fantastic but there is a small little beach i go to 5 mins away where the locals go, shops and restaurants are good there is a golf course here to. On the main beach there is a boat that leaves a few times a day that takes you around the cost.

Ryanair, Firstchoice, Easy jet and many other cheap airlines fly to Majorca, sometimes I use sky scanner.com, have had many flights from them, Palma airport is only about 20 minutes car drive to Santa Ponsa, costs about 20 Euros, always plenty of taxis.

“would go again” stayed in this lovely apartment, only a short distance from the beach and shops, would definitely recommend a visit and the neighbours are really friendly and helpful. and we will definitely be booking again both my children loved the pool as there was a swimming pool there that catered for young children. overall an amazing a short break.

“LOVELY APARTMENT IN A LOVELY TOWN” Stayed at 47 Kings Park at the beginning of October. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived and is a really lovely Spanish style apartment. It has a lovely big lounge with English TV and a nice size kitchen with all the amenities you need for a self catering holiday. The bedrooms are separate and are downstairs with a bathroom between the 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a lovely balcony off of it and it was lovely to have your morning cup of tea on the balcony. Upstairs there is also a huge balcony with comfy chairs and stunning views over the bay. It does say there is a sea view but due to the trees growing so large this is now unavailable. My partner and I were very impressed with this apartment. It is right by the swimming pool which was quiet when we were there in October. It does state it is heated but it was not heated in October. The English full time residents on Kings Park were all very friendly and recommended restaurants/supermarkets in the Santa Ponsa area. The only downside about this apartment is it is up a very steep hill from the town but we ended up just grabbing a taxi back late at night which was only approx. 3.50 euros. There were plenty of amenties such as beach umbrella, cushions for the balcony chairs, kettle, toaster etc. There was even a buggy in the wardrobe for kids. Although our son was 4 years old we did not use the buggy as we decided he could walk!! There was a washing machine in the apartment but no instructions how to use it. Santa Ponsa itself is lovely with a fantastic sandy beach and clear blue waters. Ideal swimming for our 4 year old. It is a quiet bay and thankfully not full of all the British boards of "All Day Breakfast, Roast Dinners etc" . It felt a lot more Spannish than English (unlike some parts of Spain where you feel it is England abroad!). In all in we had a fantastic time the weather was great and we really loved the apartment. We would definetly stay here again.
