About the home

This is a modern, comfortable Mediterranean-style villa with 3 bedrooms, all on one level. The open-plan lounge and kitchen opens out onto a wide terrace surrounding the pool. Directly in front is a green zone and you're not overlooked at all by neighbours or passers-by. There's underfloor heating and air conditioning, so all weathers are catered for. The beach is a short car ride away, about 3 minutes. There's a Master bedroom with en-suite and 2 other bedrooms sharing a shower room and loo. The secure garden is safe for kids, private pool, satellite TV, wireless Broadband, all fully equipped.

The property was redecorated recently and there's just about everything you might require. Bright, modern, comfortable interior. There's UK satellite TV with all the usual free-to-view channels such as BBC1, 2, 3 & 4, all the ITV channels, Sky News and CNN. Free broadband included.

The villa is located on a flat plot and there's a security gate to the runway. The house is very secure, although this is a very safe area anyway. The gardens are simple but lush grass surrounding the villa and the terrace around the swimming pool gives plenty of room for lounging!

The Santa Ponsa / Costa de la Calma area

Costa de la Calma is close to the beach resort of Santa Ponsa, but very quiet. Best hire a car as Santa Ponsa is a 15 minute walk away.

Santa Ponsa is open 12 months a year and located close to the airport and ferries, about 20 minutes by car. There's a beautiful, wide, safe beach, supermarkets and shops, lots of restaurants ranging from the cheap & cheerful to dreamy, upmarket eateries right on the sea. The trendy Puerto Portals is just 10 minutes away by car.
