About the home

Casa Del Val villa is situated in a quiet area just south of Santa Pola. It is very peaceful but it is only 20 minutes from Alicante and 10 minutes from Santa Pola. The villa has easy access to the local markets for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.

The En-suite room benefits from its own private entrance which leads onto a large balcony with beautiful views furnished with table and chairs, sun loungers. The facilities are ideal for a romantic quiet holday with plenty to see and do as you wish.

Casa Del Val is in an ideal location for Autumn and Winter breaks as the temperature stays around 20 to 25 Degrees with plenty of sunshine.

Close to the stunning Carabasi beach which has safe bathing, with sun loungers and a Cafe on the beach.
Car hire is available in the area.

We also offer a free pick up and return service from Alicante Airport.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Alicante region is full of history with the Castilles in Alicante and Santa Pola of particular interest. There are many festivals going on in the local towns and the local markets are a must to visit.

The climate is very warm and sunny with temperatures reaching around 25 degrees in April.

There is a nature reserve close at hand and also a Safari Park. There is also plenty of water sports and horse riding facilities.

Your holiday can be as lively or as quiet as you wish.

The Santa Pola area

A visit to Santa Pola is a must. You can visit the Castille which has just been renovated and there is also an Aquatic museum with some very unusual species of marine life. The harbour is full of activity in the evening when the fishing boats arrive and you can watch the catch being sold in the large indoor market.
The resaurants and tapas bars are excellent value for money

Alicante is a busy town with plenty of shopping but at night it is spectacular along the promenade with its restaurants and bars.

In Gran Alicant there are water sports available, Hang Gliding, quad bikes and horse riding. There is also a local market and excellent restaurants and bars.

Car Hire is readily available from Alicante airport or locally to visit the many caves and waterfalls in the area with beautiful views overlooking the sierras and mountains.

There are many fiestas in this area as the Spanish love to celebrate with style

There are daily coach trips to surrounding areas with pick up points from Gran Alicant.
