About the home

Beautiful apartment set on a hill, with parking space. There is a sunny south-facing patio which looks out to sea and the island of Tabarca. The patio is one of the best features of the property due to the magnificent view, which has to be seen to be believed.

The spacious bedroom features a double bed and a single bed, it also boasts a great view out to sea. The lounge/dining room comes fully equipped and also has a great sea view. There is also a kitchen/breakfast bar with fridge/freezer and gas hob inset in marble work surfaces. There is also a fully tiled bathroom with bath and shower attachment. All modern amenities are provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The property is very clean and you are asked to leave the property clean on departure.

The apartment is in a fantastic location; within 200m of the sea, and a 2km promenade which traverses several beautiful beaches.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The World Health Authority recognises Costa Blanca as having one of the best climates in the world. Temperatures range from 12° in Jan to 26 ° in July.

The Costa Blanca or "white coast" is named after the beautiful white sands found on the beaches in this area. The Northern part of this region is lush with orchards of almond, orange and cherry which can be quite a sight when in full bloom. The flatter and drier southern part of this region is famous for having the biggest palm gardens and salt flats in the whole of Europe. This area has something for everyone: mountainous villages, beautiful beaches, fabulous bars/restaurants, sunny resorts and all the sun drenched activities you can think of.

The Santa Pola area

Santa Pola is perfect for water sports because it lies in a south facing bay and is protected from the Northerly winds by the sierra (mountains). Santa Pola has many great beaches which have been several blue flag awards, the quality of the water and sand have been measured at five parasols, the highest marks possible. With over 15km of beautiful beaches in and around santa pola you will be spoilt for choice.

From the apartment you can see Tabarca island. This island is a marine paradise with fantastically clear waters and beautiful flora and fauna. The island is named after the Tunisian island of Tabarka and was once used as a sanctuary for pirates attacking the Costa Blanca coast.

The 16th Century fortress is well worth a visit. The military fortress was built at the behest of the Viceroy of Valencia to deal with the marauding pirates in the area.

The Watchtowers were built in 1552 as a means of warning (via smoke signals during the day and lanterns at night) of impending attack. There are three remaining watch towers that line the coast around Santa Pola.

Or you could try visiting the maritime museum, Salt Museum, National Park or the Aquarium.

If you fancy shopping then you can find all sorts of fresh produce in the central square (known as Glorieta). There are also lots of small shopping areas throughout the town but if you want designer outlets then you will find many in the industrial district.
