The villa has air conditioning. There is a large swimming pool twenty meters to the left of the villa. Patio furniture and sun loungers are supplied, and the development including the pool and harbour are beautifully lit at night. Villa 9 being directly beach front, has the benefit of one of the few roof terraces on the development, giving stunning views of the old harbour and Santa Maria Bay.
The villa has the benefit of being fully fitted with new furniture of a high standard throughout. All the amenities of Santa Maria town, including restaurants and shops are within a few minutes walking distance, and Papayas Bar & Restaurant, probably the best situated in the entire islands, is a thirty second level stroll away.
