Santa Maria Rezzonico areaRezzonico is a quaint historic town with several medieval castles and a Pizzeria! You can also swim in the lake from the beach there. The beach is near the Hotel Ristorante Sole where you can sample the local delicacies. The beautiful town of Menaggio which is located on the western shore of Lake Como is about 10 mins. away where you can catch the ferry or a leisure cruiser which can take you to many beautiful town on the lake - www.navigazionelaghi.it. Cleaning Costs There is a final cleaning cost of €70 when staying for one week & €90 when staying for two weeks with all bed-linen & towels included. If staying for two weeks or more – the bed-linen & towels will be refreshed after each week. All utility usage such as water, electricity & gas, are included in the rental price.

Payments by Credit/Debit Card & Wire Transfer There are no additional charges for credit or debit card payments. However, all bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender. To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our booking form online and pay a 30% deposit. The remaining balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
