Furthermore, the terrace has extraordinary views of the sea, the port, the lighthouse and the cathedral. The apartments are very modern and of identical quality and fittings and feature one or two bedrooms plus a living room with a double sofa bed for additional guests.
The property is maintained in excellent conditions, and it is very stylish. Richly furnished and equipped amenities include a fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning in all rooms, dishwasher, washing machine, internal and external fridge, private covered and uncovered parking spaces. Bathrooms are equipped with shower box and the apartments feature local stone pavements throughout the property.
The building is located 5 minutes walking from the town centre and all amenities.
The apartments are exclusive as were not originally built for renting.

The Puglia/Molise region
Salento is located in the Apulia (Puglia) region and is that strip of land that forms the heel of the boot (lo Stivale = Italy). It is located between two wonderful seas: the Ionic (Ovest) and the Adriatic (East). There are more than 250 Km of coast which is at times low and sandy and at times high and indented. Salento embraces the whole province of Lecce, with 97 villages and 39 small hamlets surrounded by the green of secular olive-yards, tobacco and vineyards. It has white houses, narrow and winding roads where everyone has its own dialect. It stretches from the so called 'soglia messapica' to the Cape of Santa Maria di Leuca, between the Gulf of Taranto (Ionic) and the Otranto Canal (Adriatic). Salento is also famous for its nature; there are exactly 1390 different species of flower plants. Salento is a peace of land full of history and traditions whose strong points are its natural and architectural beauties, its hospitality, its magic atmosphere, its several wonders to discover, its warm sun, its blue sky, its crystal sea and its dreamlike coast.
The Santa Maria di Leuca area
Santa Maria di Leuca is a seaside resort and a fishing area. It is located in the inlet between Punta Ristola and Punta Meliso and rises in a magic position where the Adriatic Sea and the Ionic Sea meet. It is a pearl of the extreme strip of Italy and is located on a part of the coast alternated by cliffs and small sandy coves. Its several grottos have an historical and naturalistic interest and its marine sounding-depth are a real paradise for underwater tourism. Its inland is full of history and culture, wonderful landscape to be admired, magnificent and colourful villa of the nineteenth century that slope down towards the sea-front.
Excellent destination for summer vacation, wonderful beaches and coast line.

There are 4 different flats that can host 2 to 6 people each and prices vary depending on group size.
Larger groups can be accomodated in different units as they are all next to each other.
Refundable booking deposit is required on all bookings.
Exit Fee 35£ which includes bed linens and bath towels.
We can accept payments by cheque or bank transfer in GBP or Euros.
