In fact in the area you can either make wonderful excursions to its cultural sites i.e. the ancient ruins of old cities like Paestum and Velia or Cilento will fascinate you with its high quality sea and beaches that every year are awarded with the “Blue Flag” of the European Union. Furthermore Cilento National Park has been awarded by UNESCO as World Heritage since 1998. In San Marco, Santa Maria and Castellabate you will also enjoy the typical and wonderful fragmented coasts and the beautiful fine sand beaches and shallow waters ideal for kids
