The apartment is located in a private and secure residence in S. Maria di Castellabate, in the heart of the Cilento National Park. The apartment is tastefully furnished and has a private terrace overlooking the sea, complete with umbrella, table, and lounge chairs. The apartment include a satellite TV and is located in a private complex with automatic gate, parking and a common picnic area furnished with tables, benches and a barbecue. You can also enjoy free Internet access and a large common swimming pool (16*7 meters) .
It has a splendid view of the sea which cover 180 degree, from Punta Licosa to Punta Tresino, the two capes that enclose the bay of Castellabate. From the terrace you will enjoy beautiful sunset looking at the shape of Capri in the distance.
Let me add just one last thing: we live in one of the villas next to the apartment so any kind of problem you may experience… you will be just a few paces to its solution! Thanks for considering us!

The Campania region
The Cilento National Park, in the Region of Campania, has been recognised by the UNESCO since 1998 as part of the World Heritage with the following justification: “The Cilento is an outstanding cultural landscape. The dramatic groups of sanctuaries and settlements along its three east–west mountain ridges vividly portray the area's historical evolution: it was a major route not only for trade, but also for cultural and political interaction during the prehistoric and medieval periods. The Cilento was also the boundary between the Greek colonies of Magna Graecia and the indigenous Etruscan and Lucanian peoples. The remains of two major cities from classical times, Paestum and Velia, are found there (…) as well as the impressive monastic property of the Certosa di San Lorenzo in Padula”.

The apartment is rented on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday - we have some flexibility with change-over day during low season, please ask). The prices listed are for 4 people. An additional bed may be added, for which there is a 10% surcharge. Please email for a different number of people. The rent includes water, electricity, and gas. There is a charge of 40 Euro for cleaning the apartment after checkout. You may request sheets and towels, with weekly change, at a cost of 9 Euro per person per week. Down-payment is 30% of the price, the balance can be paid at your arrival.
