This cosy beach front apartment lies at the Tyrrhenian Coast in the beautiful region of Capo Vaticano. On the balcony overlooking the sea you can pass long evenings with a glass of wine admiring the sunset. On clear days you can even see the island of Stromboli. The apartment sleeps 4 with 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed), a very well equipped kitchen with dining table and a comfortable bathroom with shower. There is air condition and also a washing machine. The apartment is furnished with love for detail and makes you feel at home. Only a few footsteps away lies the lovely small village of Santa Maria with its little church, restaurants and a small supermarket.

Santa Maria di Capo Vaticano area

Capo Vaticano is a wide bathing place with the most suggestive beaches and coves in south Italy, being a paradise for sunbathing and snorkelling. The Cape is formed by a particular white-gray granite with a maximum altitude of about 124 meters. This spot opens fantastic panoramas on a sea in all shades of the green-blue colour scale with picturesque bays with white sand, rocks and cliffs. The region of the Capo Vaticano is a touristically developped region with holiday villages, hotels as well as private holiday homes. The beautiful landscape of Capo Vaticano with the beautiful beaches, varous activities such as hiking, mountain biking, water sports and trips to the surrounding area. The historic old town of Tropea is only 10km away. Boat trips to the Aeolian islands can be made .
How to get there
From the airport Lamezia Terme it is advisable to either take a rental car or to take the train from the train station Lamezia Terme Centrale (about 1km away from the airport to be reached by bus, Line n°4). On request, we can also arrange the pick up from the airport (Euro 70).
