Tavira Antiqua Doma is the ideal holiday home for those wishing to stay in style and luxury in the very centre of the beautiful and historic coastal town of Tavira, Portugal.

The apartment forms part of a beautifully restored traditional Portuguese house located on a cobbled street and comprises a four bedroom, four bathroom apartment sleeping up to 8 persons, with two outside terraces and is situated on the first and second floor, with a roof teraace above. The apartment is luxurious with traditional features and comfortable furniture. The apartment has internet access.

Fantastic water scenes, shops and restaurants are within a few minutes' walk. A wide choice of lovely beaches and golf courses can be reached within 15-20 minutes.

The property is located one minute from Tavira's river and a bridge providing direct access to the town's old market square, riverside gardens, fish restaurants and water taxi and ferry services.

The town's Roman bridge is another minute's walk further along the river linking to the main town square and bus and rail stations.

The ferry service links the town to Tavira Island within about 10 minutes, offering a fabulous 5 mile beach of golden sand and restaurants. Alternatively there is a wide choice of alternative beaches within 20 minutes such as Cabanas, Manta Rota and Altura to the east and Pedras del Rei and Fuzeta to the west.

The property is also located very close to golf courses at Benamor, Quinta da Ria, Quinta da Cima, Colina Verde and Monte Rei. There is a range of activities for children in and around the town.

This has king sized double bed with bedside tables. There are built in wardrobes and a natural oak chest of drawers. This bedroom has its own an en-suite bathroom including bath with shower.

There is a mini balcony leading from a single French window. This room has a ceiling fan.

This has two single beds with bedside tables, natural oak chest of drawers and a free standing wardrobe. There is a mini balcony leading from a single French window. The guest bathroom is immediately next to this bedroom. This room has a fan.


Bedroom No. 3
This beautiful space has two single beds, built in wardrobes and chest of drawers and its own en-suite bathroom with shower. This room is air conditioned.

Bedroom No. 4
This room has a double bed with built in wardrobe space and a natural oak chest of drawers and its own ensuite bathroom. Two French windows open out into a beautiful west facing terrace with traditional balustrade. This room is air conditioned.





Roof Terrace
The roof terrace is accessed via a short flight of stairs and gets the sun from dawn to dusk. It offers views of the old town over the roof tops and far reaching views towards the sea. There is a table and chairs with an umbrella and sun beds with cushions.


Kitchen
The kitchen joins conveniently to the living area and provides a fridge, freezer, cooker, dishwasher, and pull out larder.

There is a small utility room with washing machine and drier. A drying frame is available for use on the terrace in Bedroom No. 4.
