The Penthouse Luxury Apartment which is situated on floors 2 and 3 enjoy wonderful views of the sea, beach and sand dunes. Most of the Penthouses on Paradise Beach & Spa Resort are situated in blocks of 3 but yours is detached from any other building therefore giving more peace and privacy. The Penthouse is reached by either using the stairs or the personal lift.

The Barlavento Islands / Sal Island region
Cape Verde enjoys sunshine all year round making it the ideal island to visit any time of the year. Temperatures range from 24 to 30 degrees with almost no rain fall at all. Although the island enjoy the same climate as the Caribbean, there is no risk of hurricanes and is virtually free of those annoying mosquitoes! There is no time differance to GMT therefore no jet lag.
Sal is most famous for its beautiful beaches together with its water sports including surfing, wind surfing and kite surfing, in fact the world wind surfing championships are held on the island.
Santa Maria, Sal Island area
The local small town Santa Maria, with its charming local croele feel, is only a 10 minute walk away. Simply stroll around the many craft shops, enjoy a beer in one of the local bars or watch the local fishermen bring in their daily catch on the beach.
You can also take a trip to the salt lakes which are situated at Pedra De Lume or pay a visit to the main capitol Espargos.
