Home description

The entry to the property is from a pretty back terrace, sheltered by the building, always cool in the summer and shaded by trees. From this, one enters the apartment into a small family area with recessed kitchen, beyond there is a well sized living room with sea view from the window. To the side a small recess from where both the bathroom with bathtab and the double-bed bedroom can be reached also with view from the window to a little chapel. The flat is well furnished, a third single-bed in the living room is also available along with a pull-out bed from the setee. The property is fitted with indipendent gas central heating.
The flat for both its location and its interior lay-out is well suited for a family with children vaction.
A little beach and the adjacent town centre park lay both not five minutes from the flat, along a short sea front walk. Shops, banks, restaurants, food joints, icecream parlors, the children play area and the many city centre services which provide quality of life are easily accessible within easy walking distance.
