Charme mallorcan house with 3 bedrooms, 2 badrooms, patio and terrace, max. 6 people, pool, garden, barbecue. The house is located halfway between Santa Margalida (North of Mallorca) and Can Picafort. Ideal for those who want a calm vacation, as it is located in a rural area very close to the sea.
Vernissa is a typical mallorcan country house with a sunny pool and a private garden, surrounded by trees and shrubs that provide a pleasant shade. It has hammocks, garden umbrellas, a table with chairs and an outside shower. The house consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with sat tv, a dining room with a beautiful wooden table for twelve people, a full equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a room with a double bed. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with two beds and the other with a double bed and a toilet. Separated from the house there is a kitchen, a wood stove and a barbecue. By the porch there is an outside table, a perfect spot to eat al fresco in the evening. The house is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, an iron, a microwave, a toaster, sat TV and internet Wi-Fi.

The Santa Margalida area
It is only to 6 kilometres of one of the largest bays of the island, linking Alcudia and Can Picafort. There we can do windsurfing, kitesurfing, enjoy long walks. Santa Margalida is a quiet area that offers all services, restaurants, bakery, supermarket ... It has a beautiful church and is noted for its festivals of "La Beata" in September and markets are made in summer.
In Can Picafort There are a lot of activities, from golf to water sports, bike... It is surrounded by cafes, restaurants and shops. We can also enjoy the atmosphere of the island with various pubs, traditional restaurants and all necessary accessories.

A wonderful typical Majorcan house set in its own grounds a short drive away from the village of Santa Margalida. Close also to the more touristy resort of Ca'n Picafort where there is a large supermarket for all your needs. The house is very comfortable with all the facilities you need including WiFi which my teenagers loved! It is a well maintained house with a lovely outside area too. |
