This cosy house is an independent part of our Mallorca Finca.

We live in the same grounds. So anything you need you just have to Knock on the door of your neighbors.

The apartment consists of kitchen, bathroom, two double bedrooms, is fully prepared for up to six people. Aprox 70m2.

The oldest part of the house is from 1802 and has been completely renovated using the finest materials of the island and the mediterranean.

Outside has 15.000 mts, with almonds and fig trees and in season you are invited to catch all the fruit you fancy.

The pool is 10 x 5 square meters with solarium.

Garden furniture, bed, lounger and sun umbrella.

There is a large porch with a huge table to enjoy a meal with pleasant views of the Serra de Tramuntana mountains.

Please, we beg you that you do not smoke inside the apartment, we can provide an ashtray to be placed outside.

Central heating:

Central heating system will be ON from November to April.


There is a gas barbecue for guests disposal.

From 1,st of May to 15 October, is prohibited by the government of Mallorca to ignite any fire in the field, this is monitored by aircrafts and the penalties are considerable.

Remote controls and keys:

We will give you a remote control and a master key to open the gate and door.

Ironing board and iron:

If you need to iron, let us know as we don't have in the apartment for space reasons.


We can provide you a baby bed and high chair if you´ll need it. Please ask in advance.


Please do not use the white towels to take to the beach, they are only to be used inside the apartment.

We will provide beach hammam towels that can be used at the pool or beach.

Washing machine: 

In the apartment there isn´t a washing machine, for that reason and occasionally we can clean some clothes for you.


In the winter, our guests can use the fireplace, we will provide briquettes to help light the fire. The guests can get wood at any gas station.


Please do not throw into the WC things that could clog the pipe.

Water / Electricity:

We ask cooperation in saving electricity and water as it is a scarce commodity in Mallorca and so we must not waste it.

Drinking Water:

Tap water is potable but we use to drink bottled water, we recommend to our guest to use only tap water for cooking and personal hygiene.


In the cottage there are two dogs Aston & Xispas, your contact with them will be in the shared areas.

Check in / out:

Check in is after 14:00 to have time enough to leave the house in good condition for the next guest.

Chek out is at 12:00, late chek out whenever possible. Please ask in advance.

The Catalunia region

Inca character is a municipality of the Balearic Islands, Spain. It is the capital of the region of Raiguer, on the island of Mallorca.

Inca is located in the center of the island. He holds the title of city from 1900.

It is known for the footwear and leather goods, with brands such as Camper, Barrats, Lottusse, George's, Farrutx, Munper...

The weekly market on Thursday has fame, and once a year is the Dijous Bo, a market that attracts people from all over the island and in which many companies take to showcase their products.

The Sineu market tour is part of organized tours of the major tour operators, and is indeed one of the best sellers because of the interest aroused by an event that offers a commercial variety: vegetables, fruits, livestock, flowers, trees, tools, agricultural machinery and, especially, clothing, footwear and gift items make a proposal whose sellers come mostly from Palma (50%), but also of many other towns of the island.

Santa Magdalena

Located between Inca and sineu place popular markets on the island.

Perfect as a place of departure to explore the island.

The region includes the municipalities of the central depression Mallorca , occupying 21.56 % of the area of the island.

Depression is central Mallorcan limestone consisting mainly of marine origin (probably a collapse of the central lands ) . The central part has a remarkable geological complexity , together with areas of different age and lithology , hills ( hills ) and valleys. The height of the peaks do not usually spend 300 meters.

Hydrologically Plan is crossed by several streams and tributaries that spill into the Bay of Alcudia (torrent Son Baluó torrent Son Real torrent Na Borges ) toward the lagoon Alcudia ( Muro torrent , torrent St. Michael - Buger ) toward the Bay of Palma (via system torrent Punxuat - S'Atalaia ravine , gully Son Gual, and other courses ) or to depression Campos ( a series courses that converge torrent Son Barbut , which in turn is a tributary of the river Son Xorc within the region of South ) . In addition there are two major aquifers : the flat Sa Pobla - Muro ( covering the Raiguer and the northern part of the Plan de Mallorca ) and Sa Marineta (in the south-eastern part of the bay Alcudia , human exploitation is difficult because salinitza easily ) .

The typical Mediterranean climate : hot and dry period in summer ( average 25 ° C in July and August) , winter is not too harsh , with transitions ( spring and fall ) relatively humid and rainy . However , there are some specific features of the plan : the difference between the average temperatures of the months ends usually more pronounced than in the rest of the island ( the less effect the sea has on Plan policies more " continental " in the rest of the island ) are common boirades (mostly nights and early mornings of cloudy and windless days not ) , and can produce very heavy rainfall (as in other parts of the island ) can overcome 200 mm in a few hours (mainly autumn months ) .
