"El Palmeral del Valle" is an old country house situated in the village of Santa Lucía de Tirajana, halfway between the white beaches of the south and center of the island.
This quiet, cozy town of eight hundred inhabitants, is located in the center of a volcanic caldera and surrounded by palm and olive trees.
This old building perfectly represents the traditional Canarian architecture. Its careful restoration has a perfect balance between tradition and comfort of our century.
It is distributed on one floor is accessible for people with reduced mobility. It has two double bedrooms, a sofa bed, a cot, a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and barbecue.
The house is on the outskirts of town surrounded by beautiful landscapes, restful.
But inside the village you can find supermarkets, restaurants, banks, pharmacy and physician as well as public transport and internet access, with all services within walking distance.
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, parasols and hammocks. The pool is surrounded by a spacious sun deck to enjoy the magnificent tropical climate of the islands.

The Santa Lucia de Tirajana area
Santa Lucía de Tirajana is the capital city, is located about 680 meters above sea level and about 50 miles south of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, the capital of the island. The municipality of Santa Lucia has an area of ??approximately 60 square kilometers and forms a wedge. Bordered on the north by the municipality of Agüimes, south to San Bartolome de Tirajana and Northwest to Tejeda.

The house can reached by car, and is situated on the last stretch of a private road, which provides more privacy.
After leaving the airport, you go via the south. At first crossing, about two kilometres, follow right where it indicates the way to the following villages: Carrizal, Ingenio, Agüimes, Temisas, and Santa Lucía.
About 200 metres after you arrive at the village of Santa Lucía you come to a typical restaurant called "HOA" and ethnological museum.
Turn right follow a arrow with the words "C R El Palmeral del Valle", and continue on the road called "Vicente Sánchez Araña", (for about 500 meters) then you will see a small group of houses called "El Parralíllo".
Turn to the right, follow the arrow, and then no more than 100 meters further on, You will find the entrance to "El Palmeral of the Valley" farm.
