The people staying in the country house can leave the country house at anytime on the leaving day but on the arriving day the time the people can go inside the house is subjected to the time i need to make the house clean and ready for them. I ask your understanding and patience on your arriving day.
to get to the villa From the airport ibiza you have to head in direction to santa eularia After 10 min drive you will see on your left a traffic circle. On the right of this traffic circle it starts the road to san juan.....After 8 min drive you will be at km 15 and you will see, on the right a restaurant called Cana Pepeta.We will meet there, in the parking lot. - You will need to transfer to my bank a security deposit of 1000 euros for booking, such deposit to be returned to you at the end of youre stay, if all ok with the house.
In order for you to do this I will give you ,all details of the bank account of me and I will let you know at once, when the monies have been received.
The payment for the villa - country house will be due on your arrival to Ibiza.
