Huge well-equipped family apartment (4 big bedrooms and 5th smaller "bunk bed" bedroom). Massive living / dining room. The apartments front door opens right onto the swimming pool terrace. The pool is shared only by 5 apartments.

Located in hillside location with beautiful view of the town and bay of Santa Eulalia.

Ideal for families with young kids because the pool is right outside the door of the apartment.

Has fully-equipped kitchen, TV, washing machine, baby cots and high chair.

The Ibiza region

Ibiza has everything you might want in a summer holiday, all packed into a small-ish island. Its got beautiful beaches, sunny weather, loads of nice restaurants, plus of course the world-famous nightclubs.


Santa Eularia del Rio / Siesta area

Santa Eulalia, the nearest town, has a beautiful beach, promenade with many cafes and restaurants.

There is also the well-known "restaurant street" featuring food for every taste and budget. Nearby you can go waterskiing, hire jetskis and boats etc. There are a couple of big waterparks.

And not far away (nothing is far way on Ibiza) you have San Antonio's nightlife and the famous superclubs in various places on the island.


How to get there

Easyjet, Thomson, Iberia, andloads of charter airlines fly daily to Ibiza airport from various places in the UK.

Car hire: I recommend Carjet (www.carjet.com) for good prices.

The living room is really big, with 2 big sofas and built-in soft seating, then there are 2 dining tables with seating for 12 people or more.

The four big bedrooms all have plenty of storage space for clothes. The 5th bedroom has bunk beds and is pretty small, although the bunk beds are standard single bed sizes. This room is best suited for children.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. There is a large fridge-freezer and also a smaller fridge (got to have space for those holiday drinks!). There is an electric cooker and a microwave, and a dishwasher and washing machine.

Further details outdoors:
The apartment opens right onto the large pool terrace. The pool is shared by only 5 apartments, so most of the time you will have it to yourself.

There is a large brick-built barbeque as well. Parking is on the road above the apartment.

We are flexible over length of stay and changeover days. Minimum is a week. We may offer discounts for longer bookings.


Conditions

The Buena Vista development is built on a hillside. There are steps from the roads to the apartment doors, and also the road down to the nearest village (Siesta) is very steep.

Therefore this property is NOT suitable for wheelchair users, or for anyone who would have a problem with a flight of stairs and / or a walk on a steep hill.
