The Ibiza region
Famous for its hippies and nightlife, cosmopolitan Ibiza is the summer party capital of the world, with spectacular clubs and world famous DJs. Ibiza has more to offer though than just its nightlife, there are over 80 beaches and clear blue sea, stunning landscapes, pretty villages and an amazing history.
Ibiza Town, ten minutes away, is a truly amazing place, steeped in history with the Dalt Villa, a UNESCO world heritage site looking down. There are designer shops, international restaurants, endless bars and a colourful gay scene.
Santa Eularia del Rio area
St Eularia is a Ibiza's second largest town with great facilities and beautiful beaches. It is a friendly place which feels sleepy and safe, with return visitors year after year. A firm favourite for families, there are two clean beaches with gently sloping sands, perfect for children.
Away from the beaches there is plenty to fill your days, visit the pretty whitewashed church that overlooks the town. Romantically lit up at night you'll be able to admire the 16th century architecture and capture some super pictures of the Church of our Lady of Jesus.
The main tree lined street is a real melting pot of people, smells and sounds. Closed to traffic in the evening, a traditional Spanish vibe is apparent here and you'll stumble across many bars and cafes with plenty of outdoor seating. Grab a table, order some drinks and catch up with your friends. Foodies take note, Santa Eulalia boats its very own Street of Restaurants - Calle San Vicente. Losen your belt and prepare to take in a culinary world tour. With every cuisine imaginable even the fussiest of eaters will find something to tempt them here.

Further details indoors: Spacious throughout with lots of windows and light, contemporary and modern in design with a very high standard of fittings.
The ground floor is open plan with large glass sliding doors opening onto the garden and outside dining area. The living room has a flat screen TV and satellite, DVD/CD, there is a dining area with seating for up to eight people and a fully fitted white and stainless steel kitchen. Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom with a separate shower room/wc. Open stairs lead up to a galleried landing overlooking the dining and living room, making the whole ground floor very bright and airy.
On the first floor there is a twin bedroom with small balcony and a twin bedroom with access to the terrace. A main bathroom for these two bedrooms has a large walk in shower. There is a galleried landing leading to the master bedroom with king size bed. A real feature of the villa is the large open plan ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, oversized bath and views overlooking the pool. The large terrace has views down into St Eulalia and can be accessed from galleried landing, master bedroom and from one of the twin bedrooms.
There is a basement with a laundry utility room.
For your security, the villa is fully alarmed.
Further details outdoors: The villa is surrounded by a private walled garden and has a swimming pool, an outside dining area with large wooden table and seats eight people.

Conditions
A 50% deposit is required by bank transfer to secure the booking with the balance payable by bank transfer one month before arrival.
A 1,500 euro security deposit against damage or breakages is required by bank transfer one month before arrival. This payment will be refunded by bank transfer one week after your departure providing the villa is left in a clean condition with no breakages or damage.
