Can Pasqual is located just ten minutes’ walk from the beach, on the outskirts of the town of Santa Eulalia. Quiet and peaceful, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.
The Finca benefits from its own private pool, large garden area, perfect for the children. The house is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. Can Pasqual was completely renovated 2 years ago. Really nice roofs made out of wood of Sabina, tiles rustic style, open and covered terraces, spacious rooms and welcoming bathrooms. The decoration and furniture combines with perfect harmony with the house and environment. In general it’s a really special house.

The Ibiza region
The island is not just known for its party scenes, though, as large portions of the island are registered as U.N. World Heritage Sites, and thus devoid of the commercialization of the main cities, for example, "God's Finger" in the Benirràs Bay, or more traditional Ibicenco cultural sites. Because of its purported natural beauty, companies and artists alike frequently use the island for photographic and film shoots. A monument ("The Egg") erected in honour of Christopher Columbus can be found in Sant Antoní: Ibiza is one of several places purporting to be his birthplace. Spectacular sites can be seen from all over the island and this includes the wonderous Es Vedra which is the 3rd most magnetic point on earth, behind the North Pole and The Bermuda Triangle. The climate of Ibiza is Mediterranean and has milder winters and slightly cooler summers than Mallorca. The winters are mild with temperatures around 15° Celsius (60° Fahrenheit) and some rain. The hot summer season lasts from June to September inclusive with temperatures regularly reaching 30°C (85°F), lots of sunshine and very little rain. Frost and snow are very rare.
Santa Eularia del Rio / Siesta area
Santa Eulalia is a nice small town with a yachting harbor and a big beach, where is possible to find all kind of pastime facilities for children, like sailing, snorkelling, windsurfing, etc. In Santa Eulalia you can find numerous shops, bars, restaurants and you can have a nice walk by the sea side to the yachting harbor. You can also have nice dinner in one of many eclusive restaurants in Santa Eulalia and surroundings.

Further details outdoors: Big pool with pool terrace surrounded by a lovely garden area with lawn, palm trees, orange trees, lemon trees, etc. Comfortable big covered terrace with nice dining area. Next to the main house there are still the old stables which are used to store sunchairs, etc. In one of these stables there is the washing machine. All the property is surrounded by a 2 meter high fence. Big private iron entrance door to the property.

For a firm reservation, we would please ask you to send us a cheque or a bank transfer over 50% of the total amount of the rental. The balance will be due on arrival before key handover, credit cards and cheques will NOT be accepted, currency in €.
