From Santa Eulalia on the way to San Carlos 4km, and then 1km in the direction to the Monay Valley.
The villa is located in a very quiet land area in between Santa Eulalia and San Carlos.
The are many beaches in the surroundings in only 10 to 15 minutes distance (by car).
The villa benefits from its own private pool, perfect for children, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and to do during your stay. Wonderful garden with all kind of tropical trees, and flowers. Fish-pond, chill out area by the pool, etc. All these details make the property very special.

The Ibiza region

The island is not just known for its party scenes, though, as large portions of the island are registered as U.N. World Heritage Sites, and thus devoid of the commercialization of the main cities, for example, "God's Finger" in the Benirràs Bay, or more traditional Ibicenco cultural sites. Because of its purported natural beauty, companies and artists alike frequently use the island for photographic and film shoots. A monument ("The Egg") erected in honour of Christopher Columbus can be found in Sant Antoní: Ibiza is one of several places purporting to be his birthplace.
Spectacular sites can be seen from all over the island and this includes the wonderous Es Vedra which is the 3rd most magnetic point on earth, behind the North Pole and The Bermuda Triangle.
The climate of Ibiza is Mediterranean and has milder winters and slightly cooler summers than Mallorca. The winters are mild with temperatures around 15° Celsius (60° Fahrenheit) and some rain. The hot summer season lasts from June to September inclusive with temperatures regularly reaching 30°C (85°F), lots of sunshine and very little rain. Frost and snow are very rare.

San Carlos is a charming small typical Ibiza village about 3 km away from Can Colomaret.
If you go to San Carlos please don´t miss the famous Hippie-Market at Las Dalias.
Santa Eulalia is a nice small town with a yachting harbor and a big beach, where is possible to find all kind of pastime facilities for children, like sailing, snorkelling, windsurfing, etc.
In Santa Eulalia you can find numerous shops, bars, restaurants and you can have a nice walk by the sea side to the yachting harbor. You can also have nice dinner in one of many eclusive restaurants in Santa Eulalia and surroundings.

The villa is very spacios ( 300m² living surface) with big bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. The furniture is high standart and the decoration is very tastful. The bathrooms are charming (Mediterranean style) and the kitchens are impressive.

Driveway to the side part of the house, where the car port and the garage are placed.
The property is divided in 2 buildings, the main house and the guest house.
The courtyard is behind the house and furnished with garden furniture.It is a nice cool place in summertime. A plus are the big covered terraces, also the gardens are very nicely maintained.
Next to the big pool there is a comfortable chill out area where you can relax.

For a firm reservation, we would please ask you to send us a cheque or a bank transfer over 50% of the total amount of the rental. The balance will be due on arrival before key handover, credit cards and cheques will NOT be accepted, currency in €.
