Home description
Edificio Cruz del Sur is ideally located on the paseo maritimo esplanade of Santa Eulalia. The long sandy beach sloping gently into the sea is kept spotlessly clean so is perfectly safe for children. All the amenities of supermarket, cafes and restaurants are close to hand. The apartment is on the fourth of five floors with lift access. It has wheelchair/baby buggy access from street level. The accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms, one with king-size double bed and two twin-bedded, two full bathrooms and a fully fitted modern kitchen. A spacious living room with dining area has magnificent views from the picture windows across the bay to cliffs on one side and to the Marina on the other.Two balconies with terrace furniture run the entire length of the apartment so that all bedrooms have access as well as the living room. Recently refurbished there are all the facilities for a comfortable self-catering holiday.

The Ibiza region
Ibiza is one of the most beautiful islands in the Mediterranean. Known as the "Isla Blanca" because of the white buildings which reflect the brilliant Mediterranean sunlight which has attracted artists from all over the world. It has an ancient history,being colonized by the Phoenicians in the 7th century 6 B.C. The Romans followed, then the Arabs - all settling in Dalt Vila, the fascinating old fortified town of Ibiza. Ibiza town, overlooking the harbour, is a wonderful place to wander with its tiny streets, amazing boutiques and excellent restaurants and cafes.
The climate is perfect - a daytime low of 14 celcius in winter and a high of 30 in July and August.
Santa Eulalia del Rio area
Santa Eulalia is a charming residential town overlooking a beautiful marina and sandy bay. To enter the marina the boats pass this lovely beach. This is particularly child friendly, sloping gently to the sea and cleaned daily. A palm shaded pedestrian esplanade borders the beach and here the locals take their morning coffee or evening stroll. The town has many excellent shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafes and the marina has after hours music bars. On entering the town from Ibiza one sees the beautiful fortified church, Puig d'en Missa, glittering in the sunlight. From here is the most wonderful view over the town to the sea. There are 2 spa hotels for pampering Every water sport is available, inc: diving, jet ski, windsurfing, sailing, For the walker there are designated walking routes taking the walker along the coast or into the beautiful interior of the island. There is also an excellent 18 hole golf course. Santa Eulalia has a bus station for easy access to the rest of the island.

By Air: All year direct flights from UK now available with Ryanair. Low-cost seasonal (May -Oct) flights from most UK and European airports. By Sea: regular year round ferries from Palma, Barcelona and Denia. When you arrive: Taxi to Santa Eulalia - journey time: 20 mins. approx.
