About the home

The apartment is decorated to a high standard throughout and offers a very clean and fresh atmosphere.
The Kitchen and 2 Double bedrooms are fully equipped and of a high standard. The 2 double bedrooms and lounge area has air conditioning installed.

The Roca Llisa complex has a dedicated 24hr security service and a well organised maintenance service guarantee ensuring that the residence is kept secure and clean

Local bars and restaurants are within short drive. Beach, Pool and Golf facilities (www.clubrocallisa.com) are within walking distance.

Ibiza (The White Island) is not just for the hedonistic. The island has something for everyone of us! The climate of Ibiza is Mediterranean and has milder winters and slightly cooler summers than Mallorca. The winters are mild with temperatures around 15° Celsius (60° Fahrenheit) and some rain. The hot summer season lasts from June to September inclusive with temperatures regularly reaching 30°C (85°F), lots of sunshine and very little rain.

Ibiza is only a 2 hour flight from every major European airport. Nowhere in the world will you find a more beautiful cosmopolitan mix of cultures and nationalities.

The Santa Eulalia del Rio area

Roca Llisa is an independent and luxury urbanisation very close to Santa Eulalia and Cala Llonga. Ibiza town is approximately 15 minutes away.

In Santa Eulalia and Cala Llonga you can find restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centres, horse riding, past time facilities for children.

Santa Eulalia is a nice small town with a yachting harbour and a big beach, where is possible to find all kind of pastime facilities for children and adults alike i.e. Water sports, snorkelling, sailing etc.

In Santa Eulalia you can find numerous shops, bars, restaurants located within the town and harbour area.
There are pleasant walks by the sea to the yachting harbour.

The balance will be due 8 weeks prior to arrival inclusive of 25% deposit before the key is handed over. Credit cards will NOT be accepted. Currency to be paid in Pound / Sterling

A 25% deposit will be held for 10days of return of the keys

Damage to property in excess of the 25% deposit will be charged accordingly
