Lovely 3 bed/3 bath villa (the same villa may also be rented privately as a 2 bed/2 bath i.e. without access to the 3rd bedroom - contact owner for details/prices) with sun filled, South facing and secluded terraces, Mediterranean garden and enticing private pool; the perfect place to chill out, unwind and from which to make the most of everything the wonderful 'White Island' has to offer. Quietly situated on a hillside between Ibiza Town (Eivissa) and Santa Eulalia; only 10/15 mins from Ibiza Town, some great restaurants/bars such as Amante, Bambuda Grove, Nagai, La Paloma....5 mins from Santa Eulalia, some lovely beaches and the golf course (all times - by car). The "upside down" layout of our home away from home takes best advantage of the stunning views of the sea, Formentera and pine covered hills from the living areas & beautifully furnished terraces. The villa is fully and luxuriously equipped, including Sky TV, air-conditioned bedrooms and WiFi, to make your holiday as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

Kitchen; Attractive modern kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, full oven, induction hob, microwave and other handy appliances including Dolce Gusto coffee maker, blender and water filter tap, so no need to buy bottled water!

Living room; Large lounge diner with loads of comfy seating, dining area, Sky TV, surround sound DVD/CD with a wide selection of CDs, DVDs & iPod dock. Bi-fold doors lead to a large, part-covered, terrace with huge dining table, Starck chairs, gas BBQ, chill-out/sunset lounge area & stunning views

Colourful, very private and walled Mediterranean garden with private (not shared) 8 x 4m pool. The secluded pool terrace, which gets the sun all day, is furnished with teak loungers, steamer chairs, comfy cushions, very large parasols and an outdoor shower. Beside the pool is a covered chill out area with comfy seating for lounging in the shade and an iPod dock .

The upper terrace area is stylishly furnished for up to 6 to dine and lounge in comfort and enjoy the stunning views. Subtle outdoor lighting makes the terraces the perfect place for pre-dinner drinks or a romantic meal on the evenings you decide not to sample the fantastic local restaurants.

There is plenty of parking, including a large garage with automatic door and direct access to the kitchen.
