Testimonial: We loved staying at the pines as it was a welcome change from the usual cramped accommodation found on package holidays. The apartment was large and airy and tastefully decorated. The large patio had ample room to dine alfresco overlooking the lovely pool area which was beautifully planted and well tended. Its a short stroll to the local Cala Pada beach, which is one of the nicest in the area with a selection of good restaurants that overlook the beach. Sinead & Jonathan - May 2009
Details: It provides a spacious living space, modern kitchen and bathroom and a good sized terrace with easy access to large, shared pool and well maintained gardens. The apartment is one of just 18 in a small development built in 2000 to the highest standards. It includes air-conditioning, a private parking bay and a safety deposit box.

The Ibiza region
Cala Pada is exactly half-way between Santa Eulalia and Es Cana - about 1.5km to each. You can get there by taxi (approx 3 to 5 Euros), by Bus (every half hour) or to Santa Eulalia by ferry from the beach. There are lovely coastal walks to both. There are tours of the local parts of the island by coach and "road train" from Es Cana and if you decide to hire a car from one of the local hire companies for a few days, the rest of the island is absolutely spectacular.
Santa Eulalia del Rio / Cala Pada area
Cala Pada beach is popular with families and has 200m of fine, pale sand and shallow water. The beach has sunbeds and umbrellas, winsurfers, catamarans and kayaks for hire plus watersport and scuba diving schools. There are 2 fish restaurants and 1 bar on the beach with another 5 or 6 restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Santa Eulalia is a bustling, Spanish town with a beautiful beach, large marina, long promenade and a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars - banks and cash machines are also available here. Es Cana is a typically English, family oriented resort with lots to do throughout the day or in the evening.

Further details indoors: The kitchen has fitted cupboards and worktops, a ceramic hob and extractor fan, a fridge freezer, stainless steel sink, microwave, toaster and kettle. The shower-room includes a washbasin, toilet and bidet. The large bedroom has twin beds, a spacious fitted wardrobe with a safe. There are large addtional fitted cupboards just outside the bedroom and a set of drawers in the living room. The living room has a large double sofa and a double sofa bed, a single comfy chair, a dining table with 4 chairs, a coffee table. There's also a dvd, a video player, a small collection of videos for family viewing and a small selection of books and games.
Further details outdoors: The terrace is spacious with sunny and shady aspects. There is a table and chairs and 3 loungers and a parasol. Steps take you down to the side of the pool. The pool and gardens extremely well maintained.
Conditions
We require a deposit of £100 on booking. The final balance (plus an £80 deposit for the keys which will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks before your arrival date) is due 8 weeks before your arrival date. We'll send you a reminder.
