This property is ideally situated on the south east coast of Ibiza being only 15 minutes by car to the capital of Ibiza and within 10 minutes walking distance to the numerous shops and restaurants in Santa Eulalia town. The property features a nice view of Santa Eulalia’s old town and can comfortably accommadate 8 people. There are numerous restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
The villa is built in 2 levels, very spacious, all around the house you can find nice gardens. Fanced off ground. It is built in the nice and calm neigbourhood of siesta, perfect for relaxing holidays also great for youngh groups of frieds who like to party and enjoy the island and the wopunderful beaches. The next beach is only 300m away.

The Ibiza region
The island is not just known for its party scenes, though, as large portions of the island are registered as U.N. World Heritage Sites, and thus devoid of the commercialization of the main cities, for example, "God's Finger" in the Benirràs Bay, or more traditional Ibicenco cultural sites.
Because of its purported natural beauty, companies and artists alike frequently use the island for photographic and film shoots. A monument ("The Egg") erected in honour of Christopher Columbus can be found in Sant Antoní: Ibiza is one of several places purporting to be his birthplace. Spectacular sites can be seen from all over the island and this includes the wonderous Es Vedra which is the 3rd most magnetic point on earth, behind the North Pole and The Bermuda Triangle.
The climate of Ibiza is Mediterranean and has milder winters and slightly cooler summers than Mallorca. The winters are mild with temperatures around 15° Celsius (60° Fahrenheit) and some rain. The hot summer season lasts from June to September inclusive with temperatures regularly reaching 30°C (85°F), lots of sunshine and very little rain. Frost and snow are very rare.
Santa Eulalia del Rio / Siesta area
Santa Eulalia is a nice small town with a yachting harbor and a big beach, where is possible to find all kind of pastime facilities for children, like sailing, snorkelling, windsurfing, etc.
In Santa Eulalia you can find numerous shops, bars, restaurants and you can have a nice walk by the sea side to the yachting harbor. You can also have nice dinner in one of many eclusive restaurants in Santa Eulalia and surroundings. . Visiting the municipality of Santa Eulària des Riu is easy, thanks to good daily transport facilities to the Island of Ibiza and within the island. Periodic transport by boat with Palma de Mallorca, Formentera, Barcelona, Denia and Valencia; by plane with Barcelona, Madrid, Palma de Mallorca, Valencia and Alicante in winter and the majority of national airports and main European airports in summer.
After arriving on the Island of Ibiza, to go to the municipality of Santa Eulària des Riu or travel within the area, there is public transport (taxi, bus) and hire vehicles (cars, motorcycles, bicycles, boats).
The beach of Aigues Blanques is one of the most wounderful places on the island:
Coastal beaches that are unbeatable for contemplating the beauty of the landscape and enjoying a serene and restful environment, with transparent waters whose reflections produce amazing colours on the sand in the depths. Nudism is practised on this beach. It can be accessed from Sant Carles by following the motorway signs, and also from the Cala de Sant Vicent along a road with panoramic views, which parallels the coast from the Northeast. The beach has 300 metres total length and a width between 5 and 15 metres. The type of sand is medium-grained, natural sand with a dark brown colour. There are many different areas and jutting rocks.
