The Sa Punta 6A apartment is located in the town of Santa Eulalia del Rio, a popular but peaceful coastal town on the east coast of Ibiza.

Traditional mediterranean style apartment, built over one level and ideally situated by the sea.
It has been beautifully kept, is modern and has been furnished and decorated in a simple but attractive style.

There are 2 double bedrooms ( the master bedroom has views), 2 bathrooms, a spacious living / dining room with views, large modern kitchen with storeroom, a covered terrace and open terraces. There is easy and direct access to the beach, sea front and town facilities. The property is surrounded by communal gardens with palm trees and a variety of tropical plants.

Everyday from Santa Eulalia boats to Formentera, Es CAna, Cala Pada......
Taxis and buses are availble 24 hours.

For a firm reservation, we would please ask you to send us a bank transfer over 50% of the total amount of the rental. The balance will be due cash on arrival before key handover, credit cards and cheques will not be accepted, currency in €.

The Ibiza region

The island is not just known for its party scenes, though, as large portions of the island are registered as U.N. World Heritage Sites, and thus devoid of the commercialization of the main cities, for example, "God's Finger" in the Benirràs Bay, or more traditional Ibicenco cultural sites. Because of its purported natural beauty, companies and artists alike frequently use the island for photographic and film shoots. A monument ("The Egg") erected in honour of Christopher Columbus can be found in Sant Antoní: Ibiza is one of several places purporting to be his birthplace.

Spectacular sites can be seen from all over the island and this includes the wonderous Es Vedra which is the 3rd most magnetic point on earth, behind the North Pole and The Bermuda Triangle.

The climate of Ibiza is Mediterranean and has milder winters and slightly cooler summers than Mallorca. The winters are mild with temperatures around 15° Celsius (60° Fahrenheit) and some rain. The hot summer season lasts from June to September inclusive with temperatures regularly reaching 30°C (85°F), lots of sunshine and very little rain. Frost and snow are very rare.

The Santa Eulalia del Rio area

Santa Eulalia is a nice small town with a yachting harbor and a big beach, where is possible to find all kind of pastime facilities for children, like sailing, snorkelling, windsurfing, etc.

In Santa Eulalia you can find numerous shops, bars, restaurants and you can have a nice walk by the sea side to the yachting harbor. You can also have nice dinner in one of many eclusive restaurants in Santa Eulalia and surroundings.
