A perfect base for a couple wishing to chill out in comfort and explore the secret Ibiza.
Enjoy fabulous views from our top-floor flat in a quiet, gated residential area located in the hills above the town of Santa Eulalia in the north of Ibiza.
From a height of over 200m, on a clear day you can see Mallorca beyond the island of Tagomago. By evening, you'll be entranced by the town's glittering harbour, the lights of the countryside fincas … and the stars.
The accommodation comprises a lounge/dining room with American kitchen, bathroom with shower, and double bedroom with kingsize bed. (Note: the large sofa in the through lounge/diner/kitchen can be used as a single bed.) The large terrace is accessed from both lounge and bedroom.
The apartment includes:
• fully appointed kitchen: kettle, electric cooker with ceramic hobs, large fridge freezer, clothes airer
• living area with two sofas and radio/CD player; access to terrace with outdoor dining set
• dining area seating 4
• bathroom with shower
• bedroom with kingsize bed, plenty of wardrobe space and access to the terrace
• linen and towels are provided
Within the landscaped community you have the use of the luxury swimming pool with its own beautiful views, tennis courts, laundry room and private parking.
Santa Eulalia is the second-largest town on Ibiza and has two sandy beaches as well as a stunning Marina. It offers plenty of opportunities for dining out, shopping or simply strolling along the front past the many beachside bars and restaurants. Ibiza town is only 10km away with its mix of the medieval and modern, and there are countless other beautiful spots – countryside and seaside – to visit. (There are plenty of maps and guides in the apartment.)
You will be met at the airport by our representative who will take you to the apartment and show you around
Please be aware:
The apartment is on the fifth floor and, although the stairway does take you up through the pine forest, there is no lift. For this reason, it is not suitable for people with mobility problems, and the apartment is not suitable for children. Clubbers would find it inconvenient due to its location, and there are strict noise limits within the community.
You will need a car; we can suggest a good local company who offer competitive rental rates.
