About the home

The residence has a big swimming-pool, sun terraces, tennis court and fitness machines. There are community parking places and gardens. There are two buildings, the Apt. C-60 is situated in the first building, on the first floor . This Apartment has fantastic sea view.

Spacious kitchen open to the living room. Between both of them there is the dining area with a nice round glass table and chairs. The nice kitchen is complete with all the accessories. The livingroom has a big beige sofa, one puff and a small salon table . It has access to the terrace. From here, panoramic sea view. The
balcony has nice wooden table and chairs
Both bedrooms have a double bed ( 150x200 ), 2 small night-tables and big wardrobes.
Both with shower, mar mol hand-basin, big mirror and toilette. One bathroom has white and terracotta tiles and the other one white and blue.
The apartment is new, very modern, has been decorated with beautiful furnishings and nice terracotta floor.

Guarantee for privacy is the electric entrance gate with remote control.

The Ibiza region

The island is not just known for its party scenes, though, as large portions of the island are registered as U.N. The climate of Ibiza is Mediterranean and has milder winters and slightly cooler summers than Mallorca. The winters are mild with temperatures around 15° Celsius (60° Fahrenheit) and some rain. The hot summer season lasts from June to September inclusive with temperatures regularly reaching 30°C (85°F), lots of sunshine and very little rain. Frost and snow are very rare.

The Santa Eulalia del Rio / Siesta area

Santa Eulalia is a nice small town with a yachting harbor and a big beach, where is possible to find all kind of pastime facilities for children, like sailing, snorkelling, windsurfing, etc.
In Santa Eulalia you can find numerous shops, bars, restaurants and you can have a nice walk by the sea side to the yachting harbor. You can also have nice dinner in one of many eclusive restaurants in Santa Eulalia and surroundings.
