Apartamentos Dukal can be found in the urban district of Valverde, which is situated at the end of a valley surrounded by pine trees, close to the lovely beach resort of Cala llonga and a short drive to Santa Eularia. The apartment has stunning valley and sea views.
Apartamentos Dukal is a small complex consisting of 14 apartments within 2 apartment blocks. Many of the apartments are owner occupied and there is, therefore, a high ratio of residents giving the complex a more quiet and friendly aspect not normally associated with holiday lets. This good sized apartment is 100 sq mts and fitted with Spanish style furniture. Not only does it have 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms but also has large lounge & dining areas, an open plan kitchen and a large terrace to take in the superb sea and pine clad hill views.
In the grounds of Dukal you will find a communal swimming pool, beautifully kept gardens and seating areas, barbecue and car parking. Within a short walk of the apartment you will find the large Valverde community pool which is also available for your use.
You also have available within a short walk 2 highly recommended restaurants.
Cala Llonga is a 15 minute walk away. This is a beautiful resort that comes complete with shops, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. You will also find a street market, craft fairs and a fun fair available throughout the summer months. There is a lovely beach here from which you can take a boat to Santa Euraria, Ibiza Town and Formentera.
Nearby is the beautiful town of Santa Eularia, which is 3 km away. It is a typical Spanish resort with its own beaches, marina, shops, restaurants and a lovely promenade. It takes little more than 10 minutes by road, the more adventurous can walk through the forest down towards the town.
Ibiza Town is a must to visit with its harbour, historical district, designer shops and vibrant night life. Celebrity spotting is a normal past time here! It is only 12km by road and there is a good bus service from either Cala Llonga or Santa Eularia.
Ibiza Airport is less than 30 minutes drive away. Car Hire is available from the airport. A taxi ride to the apartment would cost in the region of 30 Euros.
Car Hire is recommended but bus services are available (15 minute walk) from Cala Llonga to Ibiza Town & Santa Eularia.

This is a good sized apartment with 2 double bedrooms & 2 bathrooms (en suite with bath, other with shower cubicle). Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes(one with a safe). The bedrooms have single beds. The apartment can sleep 6 since there is space in the dining & lounge area to utilise the seating areas to sleep 2 more guests.
There is a large lounge and dining area with open plan kitchen. The lounge area has large sliding patio doors leading onto the large terrace which has fantastic sea and forest views.

The complex has beautiful communal gardens incorporating a BBQ area with covered seating. There is also a communal swimming pool. The apartments are situated on a hill and can be accessed from both the front and rear.
The urbanisation in which the complex is situated has a large communal pool which is also available for use. Very close to the complex are 2 highly recommended restaurants.
There is a supermarket within a short drive.
Please note that we have classified the apartment as suitable for RESTRICTED MOBILITY. However, access to the apartments are by steps at the rear of the apartment block, which is situated on a steep hill.
Bookings of weekly periods is normal although we can consider a minimum 5 night stay. A 25% deposit will secure your booking with the final balance due 8 weeks prior to your departure. We will require a Security Deposit of £100 to be paid with the final balance. This will be returnable 5 days after the end of the rental period upon confirmation that there has been no significant breakages/damage.
The apartment will be cleaned with a change of towels & bed linen every 7 days. There will also be an interim mid week clean with a change of towels.
A basic complementary WELCOME PACK will be provided for your arrival.If you would like any specific items to be added, please inform us at least 2 days prior to your arrival. Payment can be made for your additional items upon arrival.
The Ibiza region
Ibiza is well known for its nightlife which is of course, one of the best in the world. However the Island is also one of the most stunning family holiday destinations you are likely to ever visit. Away from the party area of San Antonio the rest of the island has plenty of family things to do.
Ibiza has more than 80 beaches; some are elusive & unspoilt, such as Cala des Multons, while others such as Cala Llonga offer shallow waters perfect for families. If you are looking for a long sandy beach or even a lovely hidden cove, Ibiza has something for you.
The north of Ibiza is beautiful with miles of lovely lemon and olive groves, not even mentioning thegreen hillsides and spectacular cliffs.
The climate of the Island makes it a perfect holiday destination at any time of year: with lovely warm days in winter; the almond blossom in spring; beaches & parties in summer; warm sea & cooler evenings in autumn.
Santa Eulalia del Rio
Valverde is a small urbanisation situated between the town of Santa Eulalia and the beach resort of Cala Llonga. The urbanisation has its own communal swimming pool and 2 highly recommended restaurants.
A short drive away from Valverde you will find the town of Santa Eulalia
Santa Eulalia, Ibiza's third largest resort is only 21 kms from the airport and is a beloved destination for families and those seeking a quieter holiday.
There is a beautiful, palm-lined promenade running the length of the broad and sandy beach. The beach is very safe and ideal for families with children, the water is clear and inviting, with a gentle slope and the beach has a number of facilities including sunbeds, pedalos, banana boat etc, there is also a diving school in the marina.
Places to visit in and around Santa Eulalia include the famous Punta Arabí Hippy Market held nearby at Es Cana, the Santa Eulalia Tower a watchtower dating from the 16th century and the Can Marca Caves in the north of Ibiza near to Puerto de San Miguel

"A lovely Easter break"
We had a lovely break at Apartamentos Dukal which is a quite property and very well located. The apartment was decorated in a traditional style that was comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. We were met on arrival by our hosts who had a very good knowledge of the area. The location is convenient with spectacular views. There are several good restaurants in close proximity and we will certainly visit again.

"Perfect holiday retreat"
Excellent accommodation very clean and well appointed. On arrival useful welcome pack was waiting for us. We were made very welcome by Brian and Lorraine who manage the property and live in the same block so are on hand if needed. The pool is quite small and great for cooling down, a larger pool is only two minutes walk away which can also be used. We stayed at the property last week of September and first week of October and most days we were the only ones using either pool.
This was a great apartment that was perfect for our needs, we are very likely to return. Very steep roads around property so not advisable for those with mobility problems.Car advisable.

"A quiet, clean, comfortable stay!!!"
The apartment was perfect for what we wanted. Close to where we needed to be, far away from "mad" Ibiza to have peace but still close enough to visit. Clean pool/lounging area to enjoy the sun and everything we needed in the apartment for a short stay...

"Well appointed apartment within an immaculately maintained complex at a beautiful, peaceful location."
A well appointed and spotlessly clean apartment within an immaculately maintained complex. There are superb views from the balcony down the valley and out towards the coast. It was of great benefit to have the owners Brian and Lorraine on hand, who offered us a warm welcome and were more than happy to share their local knowlege. This allowed us to get settled in quickly and helped us to make the most out of our holiday. The complex contains a good mix of residents and holidaymakers which makes for a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The comfortable pool area has several trees which offer plenty of shade. Residents are able to use a nearby larger pool (approx 15-20 mtrs long) for those seeking a more serious swim. The small, pretty resort of Cala Llonga is approx 1 mile away and walkable, but there is quite a steep uphill climb back. The location of these apartments mean that a car is essential for exloring the island. The nearby towns of Ibiza and Santa Eularia offer the best variety and quality of shops, bars and restaurants on the island and are the perfect antedote to the far more commercialised San Antonio. I would definitely recommend Apartmentos Dukal to those seeking a relaxed and stress free holiday at an excellent location.

"Well equipped apartment in a peaceful location, hosts really friendly, welcome pack superb"
Well equipped clean apartment, lovely balcony with views of pine clad hills and the distant sea. Grounds superb, pool excellent. Located within easy access of local shops and relaxing Calla Longa where there where some good eating places and a superb beach where snorkelling was lovely in crystal waters. We thought that a car was essential as there were easy links to places further afield ie. Santa Eularia, Ibiza Town, the Water park at Playa D' en Bossa, which was fun and very clean and we even braved San Antonio for the sake of our teenagers (half an hour drive away). Everyone friendly especially the hosts who couldn't have done more to help. An excellent welcome pack was waiting. Many very good and clean local bays. Teenagers also enjoyed the larger local pool 5 mins walk away from the apartment. The hippy market was very busy and HOT, lots of similar stalls. We had a great time 7 days was too short we would return. Free Wii fi connection made the teenagers happy!

"Quite retreate from busy Ibiza"
All 3 members of our family are spending summer vacations in Ibiza for last 18 years. We just love everything about Ibiza - the climate, the food, ¨the sun, beaches, the variaty of choices where to go and how to spend the time!
Some of us love spending the day on the busy and noisy beaches. The other prefer peace and quite of the private swimming pool and its beautiful surrounding at apartments Dukal.
The nights are reserved for going out and savour the busy life of Ibiza. But then it is always nice to return to Dukal, enjoying nice breeze and few degrees less in this up the hill retreat and have a sound sleep. The apartmets are spacesious, well furnished, with great terrase, clean, well maintained.
We stay at Dukal for last 8 years and woudn't change it!
