The villa is a traditional finca, which has been restored to reflect its original character using the highest quality materials and furnishings.
The outside area has a large pool (10m x 5m), sunbathing areas, a lovely garden plus fruit and citrus trees. Covered terraces for outside dining and chilling.
Its location is on a hillside overlooking the countryside and the sea, only 2 minutes from Santa Eulalia which has its own beach with a lovely promenade with restaurants and bars. There is a beautiful marina, again with many lovely restaurants.
Only 5 minutes from the villa is a stretch of different beaches, our favorite is Niu Blau which has natural shading with trees, shallow waters and a great beach restaurant which offers a wide menu of Mediterranean dishes and also caters for children, they have kids menu and a play area with child car available as well.
Other beaches along this coast are Cala Pada, Cala Martina – both great for watersports.
Only 10 minutes drive will take you to Cala Nova, a really good family sandy beach. This also has beach restaurants and cafes.
Less than 10 minutes drive into the countryside takes you to pretty village of San Carlos & Las Dalias (the original hippy market) and the Atzaro hotel which has an amazing spa.
There is also a great Spa at the 5 star Aguas de Ibiza hotel in Santa Eulalia marina. This has a roof top bar open in the summer.
Ibiza Town is 15 minutes drive and 20 minutes will take you to the famous beaches of Salinas & Cala Jondal.

The Ibiza region

The Santa Eulalia del Rio area
Santa Eulalia, Ibiza's third largest resort is only 21 kms from the airport and is a beloved destination for families and those seeking a quieter holiday. There is a beautiful, palm-lined promenade running the length of the broad and sandy beach, (which is perfectly safe for the kids), and some excellent hotels and apartments in and around the town itself.
Santa Eulalia has a long-established reputation as the island's gastronomic and cultural centre. Art Galleries, the beautiful and exclusive Yacht Marina, some of the island's best restaurants, some very exclusive shopping, and a thriving all-year community, ensure that life in Santa Eulalia is led at a rather slower and more relaxing pace. There are some excellent bars here too and however the main clubs are situated in Ibiza Town (10 minutes) or San Antonio (20 Minutes).

Myself, my Husband, my brother and our friend stayed here for 4 nights from 11th June 2011. The distance from the airport was under 20mins, Kelly who greeted us was lovely and nothing was too much trouble from her, we even had a bottle of wine on arrival which went down an absolute treat! The Villa is absolutely huge you even have your own helipad!!! for which we named 'the dancefloor', The Villa is situated in the middle of nowhere but not too on its own that you feel deserted (but best of all you can have the music on and not disturb anyone!) we had the best time in Ibiza back at the Villa as there was so much space and we couldn't of wished for anywhere else nicer to be, the pool is lovely the views are absolutely gorgeous and the grounds are wonderful especially when you just fancy a little mince you could lost in this place!, honestly the place is huge but beautiful at the same time you have balconies everywhere, we felt like millionaires coming back here each night. We will most definitely be coming back here next year! The only downfall which is compeletly our fault ha was the road leading to and from the Villa it's not good for you as a passager to drive down after a heavy night out on the town bewarned!! |

Payment terms: 50% deposit to book the villa, the 50% balance due four before arrival.
Security deposit of 700 euro is also required in case of damages, breakages and excess cleaning and is refunded one week after your departure providing the villa is left in a good clean condition with no breakages or damage.
