Home description

The apartment is set in an exceptional location on a hillside in Santa Eulalia and benefits from panoramic views over Santa Eulalia Bay. Its approximately 3 km from the town centre where you will find the beach, marina, an array of shops and some of the islands best restaurants.

The apartment itself provides spacious living accommodation with a fully fitted modern kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two terraces. There is access to a large shared pool, a tennis court and well maintained grounds with a private gated entrance.

The Ibiza region

Ibiza simply is a beautiful island. While some come to have fun all day and all night, the island has many other things to offer. Ibiza's coastline varies, with long curving stretches of fine sand (great for both beach parties and for family activities) alternating with smaller, secluded fjord-like inlets which offer more seclusion. Coastal waters are kept clean by stringently enforced anti-pollution laws. In land is classic Mediterranean landscape abundant in groves of olives, figs, almonds, juniper and palms and the shady pine woods.

The summer season and the first really warm beach days begin in May, with beautiful clear, sunny days and temperatures in the mid-twenties. Between the months of June and September, there is very little rain fall. In August and September the temperature rises up to over 30º with water temperatures of 25º - 27º C.


Santa Eulalia del Rio area

The apartment is located about 3 km from the centre of Santa Eulalia, which is Ibiza's third largest resort and a beloved destination for families and those seeking a quieter holiday. Its a prosperous resort with a pleasant light hearted atmosphere. Foreign writers and artists made their home here long before commercial tourism arrived and can justly claim credit for the town's enduring reputation for good restaurants and bars. There is a also a fantastic sandy town beach, which is kept very clean and tidy with gently sloping sands which are ideal for children.

However those looking for more exciting nightlife can head to Ibiza Town which is a 10/15 minute car or taxi ride away. Elegant and sophisticated Ibiza Town (Evissa) is the cultural heat of the Island. Set around a dazzling natural harbour its one of the Med's most charismatic capitals, full of hip boutiques, chic bars and restaurants.
