The House of Nature is a property legally licensed by the Portugal tourism with the Registration No. 54816 / AL, recently built following the traditional line of Madeira, located on a plot of about 1000m, in the countryside overlooking the sea and mountains offers all the necessary tranquility for a relaxing holiday and comfort. A 1 km from the center of Santa Cruz and the beach, 2 km from the airport. This property despõem a yard with about 400 meters in Madeira and gardens and outdoor furniture sidewalk. The surrounding land ownership predominates planting various fruit trees. The house is arranged on two floors, on the 1st floor we find a living room / dining room, kitchen, barbecue, toilet and access stairs to the 1st floor. On the 1st floor hallway, a large bathroom and two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed king size, built-in wardrobe and a large balcony. 2 bedroom, two single beds, fitted wardrobe and a large balcony. The bathroom consists of toilet, shower basse, bidet and double sinks.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send José (the owner) a message.

    If José (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
