The house and pool are surrounded by 2000 m2 of own garden with native plants, aromatic herbs and flowers. Find your perfect place to read a book, enjoy the sun or shade, relax or play with your children. They can swing or invent their own adventures in the small private forest

Discover the taste of your cooking using herbs from our garden, prepare your meats or vegetables using one of the 3 BBQs.

Cook and eat poolside. There is a big table for 8/10 people, sunbeds... all you need for be happy next spring or summer, live the sun!!!

The house lets you enjoy the mountain view from each room and next to the kitchen is a large terrace with a small barbecue, ideal for dinner, breakfast, drink, read or simply enjoy spectacular views to the mountain and forest

Living in nature is very special but if you prefer to have your time indoors, you can enjoy the cozy lounge, always you'll see the forest through the windows. And the kitchen! ... you'll wish to cook looking at the mountain forest!

When you wake up, will also see the sun and the forest through the windows of your bedroom

You will have different options for every moment of your holiday ... will be unforgettable!

This villa, located in the Gavarres Protected Area allow you to walk among cork oaks, pines, hazelnut and mushroom. You can hear and see variety of birds like the woodpecker, jay, blackbird, the nightingale and further away from the villa often seen mammals such as wild boar, fox, squirrel. Gavarres is particularly suitable for walking or cycling, with waymarked trails visiting natural places such as churches and historical (pre-Romanesque Sant Martí in Romanyà de la Selva., 2km) and megalithic tombs (dolmen Cova d'en Daina at 1km), old farmhouses, etc.

10 minute by car you will find all the services as a pharmacy, supermarket, weekly market, restaurants and bars. At 15' the heart of the Costa Brava, the splendid beaches and in 40 minutes, the beautiful city of Girona

Conditions

The property is available for periods of 7 days beginning on Saturday from 4pm until Saturday till 10 am.
Except from 16 June until 1 September, you can ask for shorter or longer stays
400 € cash damage deposit is required on arrival. Normally it will be refunded on departure if the villa is left in the same good and clean condition as you found it
30% to secure your reservation
The rest, 70% must be paid on the arrival by cash.
The Initial Deposit (30%), is only refundable if you cancel your booking within seven days of receiving our written confirmation of your booking
Children between 6/8 months and 6 years old must be care due to natural conditions of the garden
No pets are allowed
No smoking inside the house

The Costa Brava/Catalonia/Barcelona region

The villa is in a residential area a few minutes from Girona, Catalonia, Spain in the middle of Gavarres Protected Area

Girona has a rich historical and cultural worth exploring and its famous beaches of Costa Brava, its traditional cuisine and character of its people.

Within a radius of 40 km you can visit many medieval villages, some of them restored respecting its original characters and some without restoration. We emphasize the Old Town of Castell d'Aro and Santa Cristina d'Aro, just 10 minutes by car. Not to be missed villages are Monells, Pals, Peratallada, ..... It is also highly advisable to visit old fishing villages, with its beautiful beaches, coves, bars and restaurants as Llafranc and Calella de Palafrugell.

Platja d'Aro is a city with attractive shops, bars and restaurants open every day of the week and with a beach of fine sand

Palamos, also with excellent beaches, has an important fishing port and marina. You can buy fish at the port when the ships arrive at 5pm. Also Palamos is very well recognized for the excellent tapas bars

In all the villages traditional festivals are held throughout the year and especially in summer

The most prestigious beaches of the Costa Brava are 10 minutes by car, especially S. Antonio de Calonge, Palamos, Sant Feliu de Guixols, Sâ??Agaro.The cycling and walking trails are well marked BBT

All water sports are available to enjoy or take courses (water park, sailing, windsurf, kayak, snorkey, diving, water skiing, sailing excursions)

Not miss a visit to Girona and the Dalí museum in Figueres (80 km)

The mild Mediterranean climate with many sunny days throughout the year

The Santa Cristina D'Aro area

Santa Cristina d'Aro is a small town, it has gas station, banks, post office, supermarket, restaurants. Very near, is another very small town named Catell d'Aro. Both cities have their beautiful od town.

There are 2 Golf courses few minutes drive from the villa

On the way to Santa Cristina will find traditional Catalan restaurants to sample the traditional cuisine of sea and mountains, based on fresh fish, vegetables, mushrooms and game meat accompanied by fine local wines. It is interesting to try a Catalan breakfast consists of cold cuts and meats served with wine

A few minutes by car from the villa, there is a riding club.

Costa Brava is the cost of Girona. My Home Costa Brava is at the heart of Les Gavarres Protected Area, with mountain and natural forest. Flight to Girona airport, it's 19km to the villa or Barcelona airport, El Prat is 115 km to the villa. Cheap flights of RyanAir (low cost) from a lot of European airports to Girona-Costa Brava and Barcelona http://www.aena.es/csee/Satellite/Home. See the car rental companies at the same web of Aena, you'll need a car. A few kilometers before reaching the villa, the road runs through little mountains, you can feel the forest around you! The French border is 95 km. The nearest railway station is 25km. When you have confirmed your visit, we'll send you more details to get to the villa. “Amazing view, lovely garden, nice pool.” We had an amazing vacation last summer, It's a very quiet neighborhood an you can get to the beach in 15 minutes, we also visit S'Agaro, Platja d'Aro, Girona and other very nice places. Is an ideal place to relax, The garden is lovely with spectacular views and have a private pool and barbecue... does not need anything else. We had a spectacular vacation last summer, I would like to return!

“Un lugar para regresar siempre” Que bueno fue encontrar un lugar donde poder descansar , con ese paisaje lleno de paz y tranquilidad , a la vez podíamos salir y en unos pocos minutos visitar la ciudad y las hermosas playas . Salir de tapas a la noche , despues de haber disfrutado la piscina y la vista desde la terraza de la casa fue un privilegio que queremos repetir éste año .
