Welcome to Taormina, our elegant condo in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara. Only 2 blocks from the beach, restaurants and shopping, the living accommodation is over 2 floors, complemented by a large, furnished roof terrace. It is light and airy, exquisitely furnished with beautiful detailing and warm colours. On arrival, guests are greeted with fresh flowers, wine and a basket of local delicacies and have the services of a concierge to assist you in making the most of your stay. You are also most welcome to use the nearby health centre; free access is included with the condo rental.

Santa Barbaras perfect year round climate gives rise to a number of natural attractions worth checking out. Stroll through the Santa Barbara Botanic Gardens to view breathtaking flora or hike a scenic nature trail in Los Padres National Forest. Take a good book to the beach or explore the ocean caves and whale watch by kayak. Indoor enthusiasts will find solace touring the fine collection at the Santa Barbara Museum of Art or poking around the old Mission. For a fresh and delicious seafood dinner, the restaurants on Stearn's Wharf can't be beat.
How to get there
International flights from major UK airports fly regularly and at a reasonable price to LA, New York and San Francsico. Internal flights to Santa Barbara are available from: Dallas/Fort Worth, Las Vegas, Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Phoenix, Denver, Salt Lake City and San Jose. Flights from JFK in New York to Long Beach, California are also available. You may choose to drive to the condo by hire car. Cars can be hired from Santa Barbara, Long Beach and Los Angeles airports. The condo is located 15 minutes from Santa Barbara airport, from where it is possible to hire a car and also has good taxi and bus shuttle services.

Further details indoors: Taormina is a beautifully furnished apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances and the bedrooms all have queen size beds. There are 2 full bathrooms and a separate WC.
Further details outdoors: The living roof terrace is equipped with loungers, BBQ and fireplace. It has wonderful views over the harbour, ocean and mountains. Santa Barbara has a number of sights that are historically and culturally significant, including the Santa Barbara Mission, Courthouse and Museum of Art. They are appropriate for both families and individuals of all ages. The city was shaped by its Spanish past and reflects that in its architecture. It is a city that is very easy on the eye! For those of a more outdoor nature, Santa Barbara is well located for all kinds of activities; water sports, hiking in the Santa Ynez moutains, horse back riding along the beach as whale watching are just some activities that can be arranged from the Condo with the help of our concierge service.

Guests at Taormina have unlimited access to full service health fitness centre. The condo has beach-terrain bikes and body boards. The property Saint Remy, 9132, is also available to guests if a larger party requires accommodation.
Conditions
Taormina is available for rental for a minimum period of a week.
Reservations are tentatively held for a week after the contract is sent to the prospective client.
50% of the rental payment is required to secure a reservation.
60 days prior to arrival date, the remaining 50% of rental payment is due, along with the security deposit ($1500) and cleaning fee ($250).
Receipt will be sent via email when deposit is received; and final confirmation packet including directions and instructions on check-in procedures will be mailed when final payment is received.
Cancellation Policy:
If the property is rebooked for the cancelled dates, a full refund is made. If we are unable to rebook the dates, no refund is made, but if the cancellation is due to an emergency, we will credit the renter towards a future stay.
