The California region
Located on the west coast of America, California is a state of diversity. Fertile valleys are nestled beneath rugged mountains, grapevines cover the hillsides and the tallest trees in the world stand high above a rocky ocean shore. There are so many wonderful things to see and do there that it's hard to pick what not to see and do. Drive to Big Sur; take a wine tour; go whale watching; lounge on the beach or celebrity spot on Rodeo Drive. With temperatures rarely dipping below the early 50s, California is a state that attracts visitors all year round.
Santa Barbara area
Santa Barbara's perfect climate gives rise to a number of natural attractions worth checking out. Stroll through the Santa Barbara Botanic Gardens to view breathtaking flora or hike a scenic nature trail in Los Padres National Forest. There are lots of beaches to choose from. East Beach attracts the young and hip while fishing and whale watching beckon a mixed crowd to Arroyo Burro. Indoor enthusiasts will find solace touring the fine collection at the Santa Barbara Museum of Art or poking around the old Mission. For a fresh and delicious seafood dinner, the restaurants on Stearn's Wharf can't be beat. Outside of Santa Barbara, recommended places to visit would be Hearst Castle, Disneyland and Universal Studios.
How to get there
Flights from UK international airports to New York, LA or San Francisco are regular and reasonably priced. Internal flights to Santa Barbara are available from: Dallas/Fort Worth, Las Vegas, Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Phoenix, Denver, Salt Lake City and San Jose. Flights from JFK in New York to Long Beach, California are also available. You may choose to drive to the condo by hire car. Cars can be hired from Long Beach, Santa Barabra and Los Angeles. The condo is located 15 minutes from Santa Barbara airport, from where a car can be rented and which has good taxi and bus shuttle services.

Further details indoors: Saint Remy is a beautifully furnished apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances and the bedrooms all have queen size beds. There are 2 full bathrooms and a separate WC.
Further details outdoors: The main roof terrace commands 360 degree views of the harbour, mountains and ocean and is equipped with an outdoor fireplace, BBQ and loungers. Santa Barbara has a number of sights that are historically and culturally significant, including the Santa Barbara Mission, Courthouse and Museum of Art. They are appropriate for both families and individuals of all ages. The city was shaped by its Spanish past and reflects that in its architecture. It is a city that is very easy on the eye! For those of a more outdoor nature, Santa Barbara is well located for all kinds of activities; water sports, hiking in the Santa Ynez moutains, horse back riding along the beach as whale watching are just some activities that can be arranged from the Condo with the help of our concierge service.
Further details
Guests at Saint Remy have unlimited access to a full service health fitness centre. The condo has beach-terrain bikes and body boards. We also have the condo Taormina, 9133, available for rent in the same development, should a larger group be looking for accommodation.
Conditions
Saint Remy is available for rental for a minimum period of a week.
Reservations are tentatively held for a week after the contract is sent to the prospective client.
50% of the rental payment is required to secure a reservation.
60 days prior to arrival date, the remaining 50% of rental payment is due, along with the security deposit ($1500) and cleaning fee ($250).
Receipt will be sent via email when deposit is received; and final confirmation packet including directions and instructions on check-in procedures will be mailed when final payment is received.
Cancellation Policy:
If the property is rebooked for the cancelled dates, a full refund is made. If we are unable to rebook the dates, no refund is made, but if the cancellation is due to an emergency, we will credit the renter towards a future stay.
