Villa Padeira is a 5 minute drive to the quaint viilage of Santa Barbara de Nexe. Quiet and peaceful yet only a 15 minute drive to the finest beaches and golf resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. Clay pigeon shooting 30 minute drive. The villa is not overlooked and has its own private pool and madeira style poolhouse. All the terraces face south and are furnished with tables and chairs, ideal for families who enjoy dining 'Al fresco'. The villa has easy access by car to all the amenities and many excellent restaurants for eating out. The historic market town of Loule is a 10 minute drive. Faro airport - 15 minute drive. We strongly recommend car hire.

Further details indoors: Villa Padeira is tastefully furnished throughout with all the comforts of home. It boasts a beautiful modern kitchen/diner with stunning views. The lounge is light and airy with a fireplace and wood burning stove. On the ground floor level of the villa is a one bedroom self contained apartment with bed/sitting room, ensuite, kitchen and large private terrace, there is an additional 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with it's own private entrance.. Stairs lead to Kitchen/Diner, utility room, cloakroom, lounge, master bedroom, double bedroom, and bathroom with jacuzzi bath. All rooms on the 1st floor lead to south facing terraces. The villa is air conditioned throughout except for the kitchen /diner and a small double room. There is sky tv in the lounge, Apartment , and two further bedrooms, the villa two plasma tv's and 2 flat screen tv's. Wireless Internet access availabe, so remember to bring your laptop! We also have a games console in the lounge. There is a large covered terrace with comfortable seating and an 8ft american pool table, the perfect place for socialising. On the ground floor there is a traditional barbeque and seating for 12 persons. On the kitchen and lounge terrace there is a large gas barbeque and seating for 10 persons.
Further details outdoors: Large spacious landscaped gardens, covered terrace with comfortable seating, ample parking. A good size south facing pool with sun deck and loungers, pool shower and madeira style pool house with drinks fridge, trolley and pool towels. Lovely barbeque area's with seating for 12 persons. Electronic gates to the entrance of the property. We have endeavoured to make villa padeira child friendly by putting a gated entrance to the pool area (New summer 2007) and secure gates to the terrace area's.

Welcome pack provided on arrival. DVD hire on request. All towels and linen are provided. The villa is cleaned weekly. An english speaking representive will meet and escort you to the villa. They will show you around and will answer any questions that you may have throughout your stay. Please note the owners live 5 minutes from the villa therefore they can always be contacted if needed.
Conditions
25% non- refundable deposit required to secure booking. Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
10% discount on bookings made 6 months prior to arrival.
