The Ibiza region

Ibiza is located in Spain and is the most trendy Mediterranean island with fantastic beaches, rolling hills and a magnificent campaign. It's a cosmopolitan island where you can meet people of all nations, we can do activities such as tennis, swimming, horse riding, paragliding, fishing, cycling, mountain biking, diving, wind-surfing, walking, sailing, golf, water skiing, personal watercraft, Scenic flights on the balloon (St. Raphael), go to disco (there discos are bigger Mediterranean). The ideal temperature is not too hot months of summer and not too cold in winter months.

You can organize excursions on Formentera which seems a Caribbean island with beaches and blue water, white sand. It's an island full of historical colony was because of the Phoenicians, Romans, Arabs and Spanish .You can visit the old city of Ibza (dalt villa), the salt built by the Romans and churches reference point of each city of the island.

Sant Rafael / Buscatell area

Buscastell is a tiny country with a supermarket, a bar with Internet access, exhibitions of painting and local service tapas (snacks typical Spanish) and a church.It is a 600m from the house reached a 5-minute walk.

San Antoni is the homeland of England, there are many restaurants, bars and a port visit to the fantastic beaches of the island of Ibiza.

How to get there

From San Raffael take the street to San Agnes at 5 km there is Buscastell and the house is the second street to the rigth direction San Agnes.

The villa is 750m2 in twoo floor, the second floor is the main room with 65m2 open space with 2 terrace with fantastic views, the bed is 2mx2m, angle jacuzzi with views of the hills, shower, marble floor, A/C hot and cold, TV, DVD player.

In the first floor there are 2 bedroom with the bathroom in suite ,1 shower, 1 bathtub, dining room, a large living room with TV / satellite, kitchen at the American with two refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, washing machine, vacuum cleaner water, microwave, cooking gas, electric oven, fan attached to the roof.

All of bathroom taps are by Philippe Stark and the furniture is antique in the villa.

The villa has 8.000m2 garden fenced with grass around the pool 10mx5m, livingpool, wide terraces, big BBQ, swings for kids , secular trees, fruit trees, exotic plants, 20.000m2 of Mediterranean pine forest.

Private road to the villa, basketball field, garden for vegetables like tomatoes, peppers and eggplants, herbs from the kitchen as lemongrass, mint and sage, strawberries and bananas.

There is a large garage for two cars and the possibility park also 6-10 machines.

Attached to the villa there is a room read bedroom with bath with shower and A / C only cold. 200m from the villa there is a house with two rooms invited bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom with a bathtub.

* A well-behaved dog is allowed but sorry, no cats.

* Refundable breakages deposit of 3.000€ required on arrival, to be refunded within one month of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

* 30% of rental fee due at the reservation to secure booking.
