This brand-new colonial-style villa is located 300 meters from the southern coastline on a quiet road in Binissafuller. The villa has a large garage for a family vacation rental vehicle.

The villa is surrounded by a 1200m2 landscaped garden and direct views of the magnificent Mediterranean coastline. It aslo boasts a 10m x 6m swimming pool equipped with an outside shower, and is just a 10 minute walk from the beach.

The Menorca region

Menorca has a rich history dating back thousands of years. Due to the strategic location the island has been occupied by almost every European civilization and this has created a unique cultural heritage. The villa is located on the southeastern coast of the island. It is 10km from the historical town of Mahon. The town served as the Island's capital during British dependency and has one of the deepest natural ports in the world which has made it one of the most important and fortified ports in the western Mediterranean.

In addition to historical heritage, the area possesses a wealth of natural resources. The villa is located in the greenest and most exclusive area of Menorca. Outdoor activities include walking tours, horse treks, bicycle rides, boat trips, archaeological sites and caves. There is a nature reserve and a marine reserve. Since the island was declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO, more than 40% of the land has been legally protected. The island has 216km of coastline with beautiful, well-kept beachs with crystalline waters and specatuclar panoramic views.

Visitors can enjoy the delectable and abundant seafood available in town. Specialties include lobster stew caldereta, and stuffed squid, perol. If your fancy leans towards meat dishes specialties include grilled beef, lamb and rabbit as well as meat stews. There is also a vast variety of pork delicacies. Menorca is most famous for its Ensaimadas which are spiral shaped breakfast pastries. Mahon is also famous for giving mayonaise it's name and it's delicious Mahón-Menorca cheese.


Sant Lluis area

A 10 minute drive will take you to the beautiful town of Sant Lluis where you will find fresh exotic produce stores, cafés, bars, shopping and everything you need.

Local activities include walking tours, tennis, golf, horse treks, bicycle rides, boat trips, archaeological sites and caves. Water activities include sailing, fishing, wind-surfing, water skiing, diving, surfing and swimming. These activities are not included in the rental price.

A 15 minute walk will bring you to Binibeca Vell, a small town with restaurants and shops. A 10 minute drive will take you to the beautiful town of Sant Lluis where you will find fresh exotic produce stores, cafés, bars, shopping and everything you need.

A 10km journey will put you right in the centre of the historical town of Mahon where you can enjoy the numerous historical sites the town has to offer. Also located 40min from the property is the "Golf Son Parc".

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

The minimum rental time is 6 nights (might accept exceptions after agreement).

Step 1. 25% to be paid at booking to hold the reservation via money transfer.

Step 2. The remaining 75% is to be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival via money transfer.

Please note: If you book within 4 weeks of arrival the full amount is to be paid in one single payment via money transfer.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: €1500 to be refunded when leaving, if the villa is in good condition.

There is a surcharge for special events if they apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

1) >45 days to booking date, 50 % refunded from booking amount.
2) <45 days to booking date, 0 % refunded from booking amount.
