Very comfortable Villa with nice fashion decoration. 260 m2, with 600 m2 private garden, only 100 m to Cala Vadella Beach.
House on 3 levels with two nice terraces and a solarium with close views to the beach.
Capacity for 10 guests with 5 double bedroom, 4 bathroom (2 on suite), wide living room. American Kitchen full equiped with Nespresso Cafe machine (caps not included).
Private garage and barbacue at the pool garden.
TV LCD, TDT, satellite, DVD, HiFi, Internet and national calls are included with no extra charge.
Air Conditioned in all the rooms.
Situated at 7 Km from San Jose and at 20 Km from Ibiza city center.

Down payment of 30% for booking and the rest of the amount on the first day of arrival. We also ask for a guaranty deposit of 200€ payable in cash the first day of your stay, that will be refunded the last day when you´ll return us the keys.

The Ibiza region

The summer season and the first really warm beach days begin in May, with beautiful clear, sunny days and temperatures in the mid-twenties.

Between the months of June and September, there is very little rain fall. In August and September the temperature rises to over 30º C. With water temperatures of 25º - 27º C, beach babes are in their element!

The best way to see Ibiza is to hire a car (just in front of the villa you can find a rent-car house) and spend the day cruising around the island, enjoying one of the many wonderful beaches or secluded little coves. Ibiza is only 45 Km long and 25 Km wide, so any point on the island is never more than one hour's drive away.

The Sant Jose / Cala Vadella area

Location: In the little resort of Cala Vadella, 10 minutes drive from San José

Size: 275 metres long, 30-70 metres wide

With breathtaking views you swoop around and down to this picturesque bay, surrounded by pine clad hills. Some hotels and apartments, popular with families and couples, as well as a good choice of restaurants, bars and shops make up the little resort of Cala Vadella.

The big, wide beach of fine white sand slopes gently into shallow waters close to shore - good for fun and games with the children. Even at the height of summer there's always a spot to be found on this wide beach. The crystal clear water is perfekt for swimming and snorkeling.

The sheltered bay is a popular anchoring spot for private yachts and motor boats, who often gather there to watch the romantic sundown. Facilities: A selection of restaurants, bars and shops are easily reached. Showers on the beach.

“Beautiful villa in excellent location” Me and 3 friends stayed here after a 3 day stag do in another location and it was exactly what we needed. The villa is lovely with a huge amount of space, inside and out, and is very good spec. The location is perfect as well with a 5min walk up and down the hill to get to the beach front to either grab some food or relax on the beach. If you're looking for a nice quite place to base yourself then this is ideal.

“Ibiza haven” We have just returned from a week at Tres Sabinas Ibiza and wanted to write to let people know what a lovely and perfect place it is. We travelled with our young daughter, family and friends and it was perfect. From the owners who were very kind and would do anything for you, to the location overlooking the beach which is a 5 minute walk away to the modern, clean furnishings (including amazing shutters on the windows and doors which created a blackout for when you wanted to sleep in after those Ibiza nights as well as air con in every room :-)) Also a lovely pool with loungers for everyone and a an outdoor seating area for a those quiet nights in doing a BBQ. Perfect! The only slight downside to our stay was one night waiting and waiting and waiting for a taxi to come that never arrived. A bit of a nightmare due to the location of the Villa on the island and taxis only wanting to come and collect you if and when it suits them on a run through the little bay the villa is in. However this got solved as we come across a real friendly couple of guys Cristian and Ronni from Ibiza Dreams who were on time when needed and will help you out. Their business card is in the villa so use that instead of the local taxi rank number for sure. Overall a quality place to stay that you will love for sure.

“One word...Amazing.” Just thought I would write a review to let people know what a great place to stay this was for us. First off the owners where lovely, although my Spanish is limited and they struggled with English. With some hand pointing and smiling we gestured our way around the villa as they showed us all the facilities. To be fair the place spoke for itself, it was well appointed, clean and very comfortable with a lovely view down to the bay from the terraces. The pool and garden which were in the Sun all day were also great too and we hung out there the majority of the time during the day. The villa was in the lovely bay area of Cala Vadella, it was a 5-10 minute walk down the road to the beach which had several cafes/restauraunts. If you like your fish Maria Luisa on the beach served a cracking Paella on a Sunday afternoon, infact we went there several times for handpicked lobster and razor clams. We went at the end of June and the beach was never too busy but I imagine it gets busier during the high season. Ibiza town and the airport were about €30s in a cab and we ordered those at any of the bars (while we waited with a drink). I forgot to mention there were 7 of us but it comfortably sleeps 10 adults. I would definitely recommend this villa and area to friends, infact I already have.
